Great food not so great service ! Main was lovely, dessert disappointing and the bar definitely ran dry .... no offer of refills sadly !

Lovely food, good service and wasn’t rushed which I had heard happens but it was a Wednesday night and quiet. Would def go back there

The restaurant was amazing. I enjoyed the night with two of my other friends and they had an amazing time. The food came quickly and there was great customer service. I will definitely be going to the Pivaz restaurant again!

Food was great, but massively let down by very poor and disorganised service. We ate early, and only two other small tables were occupied too!

We visited Pivaz on bank holiday Monday for my brothers 21st birthday. The service was fantastic and it had a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend

Lovely food- Waited a bit longer than I would expect for main course (especially as restaurant was not busy). Did not like the waitress standing almost permanently beside the table. So pick your table and enjoy as it is a very nice place

The food was nice however the service was not good at all. There was a power cut at the restaurant which can’t be helped however the staff were not checking on the tables enough. We had to ask twice to be given menus then constantly asking for drinks. We also didn’t receive our sides until we asked twice. They really need to work on their customer service as it is letting the restaurant down.

Aside from the power issues that caused the lights and extract to go off, which filled the restaurant with smoke from the grill (power cuts happen). The lamb was a bit over cooked, good variety on the menu though. Octopus was very good. Staff were friendly but seemed to not be enough of them. What they did, they did well with service but they could only do the minimum at each table because they were so overworked.

Great food....bar was lovely...just slightly stretched in the bar..only 1 bar tender and it was busy..need to get more staff in that area..but I'd defo return..😊..

The Food at pivez brentwood was lovely, couldnt doubt it at all. The restaurant and bar is lovely. The service in the restaurant wasnt great to be honest.

Amazing food, lovely cocktails and beautiful decor. Salmon with mash was incredible! Staff were very attentive, we were not rushed at all. We will be back.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff. We were taken upstairs for pre dinner drinks. It was a lovely bar area and beautifully decorated. Once our table was ready we were collected. Our waiter Serhat or Sehat was very friendly and recommended some lovely dishes. He was very attentive throughout our meal and we did not wait long for our delicious food. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be going back for more great food and friendly people. Regards Jacqui

Long wait for table. Not ready for 9pm. When seated long wait for service. Ordered meal at 945pm. Nice decor to restauraunt. Not enough staff. Poor service Food average

The food was lovely, and the service was good. Staff are friendly and not pushy. We didn’t feel rushed at all. I would go back.

Food was nice but not great. Hard to get someone’s attention to get drinks. One plate of food was cold. Ladies toilets were not very clean. Shame really. Was looking forward to it.

The service was really good and the food was lovely! We all had a lovely evening. The only negative was we were sat by the door and it was a bit cold at times!.

Food was amazing, and service brilliant. Loved the interior too, was recommended to me by a friend and I would also tell everyone you need to try it! The food was really authentic too and great value considering the standard.

Great Atmosphere and attentive staff. Food and cocktail quality was excellent. Children's menu was the usual options but good portion size. Recommend for special occasion.

Good lunch menu offer. The food was very good and just missed out as excellent. The service was good too but I would have expected this as the place was empty at 4pm on a Tuesday.

Staff are very friendly upon arrival and the interior is amazing. Service was spot on and dinner was lovely. Definitely would go again in the future.

Staff could not do enough for you. Great food which came quickly and amazing cocktails. Will be returning very soon. Only criticism they called before to say we could only stay for 2 hours in the restaurant, I would never take that long anyway but still made you feel a little rushed.

Our table was booked for 8pm and by 10pm we had still not eaten. Unfortunately the service was so terrible we won't be going back.

The food was very nice, but as you would expect with the prices. Just a shame about the staff, they seemed like they were rushing us and that they wanted the table for someone else. They were not very friendly either, they didnt even seem like they could smile!

Beautiful restaurant really friendly helpful attentive staff. Fabulous welcome on entering the restaurant , waiting staff were amazing and food was delicious! Highly Recommend and will definitely return !

Great food and great service. Went on a Sunday so it was very quiet. Would be interested to see if service is still good on a Friday or Saturday. Will definitely return.

Great place great food a must try if in Essex.

Very busy and very noisy. Meant staff weren't able to be attentive. And five pounds for a bottle of water??? Food was fine but experience wasn't enjoyable

Was lovely inside, very classy! Staff made sure we had everything we wanted and we ordered cocktails which weren’t on the menus. Overall great evening

Warm and friendly greeting upon arrival. We were seated quickly and the food was the best that I have eaten in a long time. Once we had finished our meal we were offered to finish our evening in the bar upstairs which was a great way to spend the evening. Would definitely recommend.

The Food wasn’t great the lamb was very dry and chewy and the service wasn’t very good staff were quite miserable and we had to ask for our drinks more then once

The food is amazing - authentic Turkish and good portions. The cocktails are also a real treat which make it a good night out for couples or groups. Sadly the service isn’t up to scratch it is slow, poor attention to detail and not delivered with a smile - But don’t let that put you off!

Food was fantastic! Some of the staff weren’t very good but the owner was amazing and thoughtful. I would recommend going later in the evening as they have families with children during the day and they can be a bit loud, kids being kids.

No atmosphere, slow service, staff looked like they didn’t care. Not a touch on the Hackney branch! Would not come back any time soon. Better places to eat

The food and drink was very high quality, but service was a bit slow and we had to ask for more water 3 times. I would also say having more standard cocktails on the menu as well as signature ones would have been helpful.

the service was terrible. We ordered our drinks and both times had to ask for them as they took so long to come up. The food also took so long to come up. And when i ask for a wine menu the waiter completely forgot as i think they was all more worried about giving the table behind of girls free drinks at the bar upstairs, i had to ask again for the menu. For such a beautiful looking restaurant the service is terrible. And that night i must of seen about 4 tables ask for there service charge to be taking off as they wasn't happy either.

Overall a great night with lovely food, however, at times the service could of been better regarding drinks, hence I am giving 5 and not 6.

Pivaz had great food, nice decor and a good atmosphere but sadly the service was very slow as we went on a Saturday. Food’s great.
