Had a fantastic time, food and service excellent, lovely, intimate atmosphere, our favourite restaurant.

I love how they cater so well for pre-theatre bookings without you ever feeling rushed. Food is always perfect quality and freshly cooked and the added touches, such as recommending a particular wine, makes the experience even better.

We arrived at 6pm. The table was already waiting for us and we were promptly seated. The food arrived quickly, we did not have to wait for long and it tasted really good. The waiters were also friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend and will go back again!

Very enjoyable. We had a starter plus main course perfect service and food. We were asked by another person did we need any thing else we said we would look at the 'pudding' menu but he never returned no worries we asked our original waitress. It was really enjoyable but as we were going to theatre we needed to get preferably without rushing. This is not a complaint because everything else was spot n

Food was generally good - minute steak was very poor - but getting attention of the staff without having to go out of my way to interrupt their working banter to a) ask questions about the menu , b) order, and c) pay suggest there is a bigger issue there that is affecting service.

It was fab! The only reason to mark down a little is that dessert was taking a while and that we were on a pre-theatre timeframe had obviously been missed, although we were about 5 minutes behind arriving, the dessert delay was much longer but swiftly rectified. I wouldn't hesitate to go again as the everything else is just fabulous and we all had a lovely meal in great surroundings. (I knew we would as I used to come here a lot when I worked in Nottingham a few years back !) Please people use this great little place so it is there for us all to enjoy :D

OK. Bread is terrible; bears no resemblance to a French baguette, tasteless pap. Looks anaemic. Slow roast pork was excellent, Chocolate mousse was poor; the white component was more like a whipped cream lacking texture; too mushy. House wine OK. Price OK.

Disappointing visit Moroccan bean burger served as a wrap. The chocolate mouse was piped on a plate did not come in a ramekin looked as though they had run out. Had to go to the counter to pay as waitin

Food excellent but 1st table we were shown to was a bit cramped and noisy but all ok after we asked to be moved.

My husband, daughter and I had a lovely meal at Petit Paris last night, celebrating my husband’s (big) birthday. We got very well looked after, with a warm welcome, the best table, complimentary fizz, balloon, specially decorated pud with candle and singing! The food was delicious and the service second to none. This fantastic place has been a Nottingham gem for years and has not lost any of its magic. Thank you for a great night.
