The staff there were very welcoming and quickly seated us. Then later they bought a dessert knife with my cake, it was brilliant service. I am satisfied with my experience

We had a most enjoyable meal. The food and wine were excellent, the staff very friendly and efficient. It was a Saturday evening so it was a little bit noisy at times. Would recommend it to anyone and will be coming back.

Excellent food totally let down by the service and behaviour of the staff. This is a problem experienced in the past, if you catch them on a good day they are wonderful but it seems that if they are under a bit of pressure customer care goes out of the window

Great food, good service. Very busy on Wednesday lunchtime which is a good recommendation. Venue a little tired but that did not detract from the overall experience. Will definitely go again .

Good food and service. Had the £12.95 lunch menu. Excellent vault for money. A choice of starter and main, or main and dessert. Varied menu, enjoyed our lunch, will be returning soon

Ordered the rump steak from the pre theatre menu and included in the meal was only steak & fries and for the price could have included vegetables or salad.

Fabulously French! The meal was delicious, especially the mussels and the staff very attentive. Excellent value for money and a lovely atmosphere. Give it a try!

There were four of us in our party and we all had a lovely meal. Great choice on the menu and the specials board. The food was well presented and very tasty. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. We will definitely return.

Excellent restaurant, prompt efficient service, lovely food. The ambience of the interior is both warm and receptive. Specials on the board offered some inventive alternatives.

A very enjoyable meal, the duck starter was ok, too much salad for my liking though. The lamb main course was very good except for the crust which was just a very dry powder, but easily removed.

Every thing perfect food service atmosphere. Couldn't fault. . Will be back ! Such good value for money and traditional Restaurant so good in comparison with all the surrounding chain places.

Absolutely love this restaurant the food is amazing staff are so friendly would recommend this all day long. The food is just as good come lunch or evening.

Lunched today with a small group of friends, most of whom had never been before. The food was lovely with good, friendly service. We will all be visiting again!
