We had several of the vegan options and they were just excellent. The dishes were beautifully presented, generous in terms of portion size, and absolutely delicious! I would wholeheartedly recommend Petit Paris and I am already looking forward to going back!

Pre theatre dinner enjoyed with my husband and father in law, can see this becoming my husbands favourite venue in Nottingham. Excellent service, food and value for money.

Most of us in the restaurant at the time we went were pre theatre diners. Staff were very efficient and all food got out in plenty of time. Food was lovely. Staff were pleasant and a very reasonable price.

This was a birthday treat for my sister who was 65. I booked ahead. The things I didn't like the climb up the stairs to the restaurant my sister & I both walk with sticks. The tables quite close together. The noise level. Slightly too long to wait for our starter. Coffee too strong. The things I did like. Food was delicious. Service attentive. Good value. I would definitely go again but would like a table near the window next time.

Did not choose a dessert as the choice did not appeal. I had the chicken for the main course and I liked it. I liked the hot milk served with the coffee.

Service appeared to be struggling at a busy time - pre-theatre. It was rather slow and we had to wait ages to pay, eventually queuing at the counter with others as we needed to leave for our show. Some of the food was very nice but other parts of the meal didn't live up to expectations.

It was very good but we were seated close to the staff area which was extremely noisy (sorting cutlery etc) which spoilt it for me.

Dated décor and menu; and the food mixes were incoherent and the menu even then was very limited (unless you want steak). Menu descriptions were wrong compared to what was actually served (e.g. "saffron mash" was just creamy mash with no hint of any flavouring or colouring, "lamb jus" was just lots of average gravy, and the "vine tomatoes" were inexplicably replaced by ratatouille!). Lots of staff but only adequate and fairly uninterested service. Tables too close. Over lit. Reasonable ambiance. Very busy, so clearly popular. Reasonable value for money. Very close to city centre. Good size portions.

Very busy at 6pm. Food consistently good. Petit paris salad is a favourite. Minute steak cooked to my liking, blue, even though it is a thinner cut.

Great atmosphere, food and service - attentive but not intrusive. Wine list is good with a wide choice and cocktails are excellently presented. The rump steak was beautifully cooked and tender and my partners pork was also excellent. Will be going back again!

Excellent service from polite waiters. Food promptly served. Hot. Big portions. We shared a Petit Paris salad & also a ballotine. One of these starters would have been sufficient for 2. I ordered the shoulder of pork which I felt needed some sauteed potatoes as extra, however the side dish was again enough for 2. The price is good for a 2/3 course meal, but the extra side dishes do bump the price up. House wine (red) was very good & price too. Could not manage a dessert.

First time visit with the restaurant under new management, having been a customer for over 10 years. Pleasant improvements to the layout. Good, attentive service. Perfect start to our ‘theatre evening’. Please can the ‘refurbishments’ now extend to the toilets?

Came for a pre- concert meal. This unpretentious, friendly little restaurant was buzzing, with people who had no reservation having to be turned away. Service is excellent , with 7 -8 very busy, friendly and efficient waiters. They must be exhausted by the end of the evening. Food is well cooked, hot and promptly served. Just perfect.

Lovely time had at Petit Paris. Lovely meal and very courteous waiters and waitresses. However, slightly disappointed having told them when booking that it was a Birthday meal for my son's 20th, that they didn't put on a little surprise of some kind for him.
