Food was fabulous, staff could of been a little more professional.

A hidden gem, when in the area again we will definitely be back. would recommend if visiting the center of Nottingham .

we waited quite a while on arrival before anyone came to speak to us. We had a table booked at 3pm After 40 minutes when no-one had come to take our order I got up and went to find a waitress. I think the place must have changed hands as it wasn’t the petit Paris I have been to before

As always a prompt and excellent service from all staff at this pre theatre setting. We'll definitely come again.

Never good when you reserve a table and are left standing by front desk waiting - especially when clearly using a stick in discomfort. Companion’s potatoes were not cooked through & the dessert “mousse” was v strange! The salmon starter was tiny but the food otherwise was very tasty and the sparkling rose particularly good!

Amazing food. Such value for money. Great menu and very good variety of food, with option to request slight alterations to meal. Staff more than helpful, and drinks manager really knows his stuff

Lovely food in a nice friendly relaxing atmosphere. Staff very helpful and attentive.

As always the service and food is outstanding but at 7.30 on a Tuesday evening, our table of 4 was in a walk through opposite a large family table with a 6 month old baby that screamed the whole time we were there. Everyone being shown to tables had to go past us and the noise level was awful. The evening wasn't as we expected unfortunately.

It's a few years since we last ate here and we had fond memories of the restaurant so we chose to spend our 45th anniversary there. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our choice of venue. Although the restaurant trades on the idea of a chic romantic place to eat the reality is a crowded, noisy, shabby dining area. The waiters must be hired for their foreign accents not their ability as they had great difficulty in getting our order right and out to us together. The food was mediocre at best and the sirloin steak was cooked correctly ( medium rare ) but was very stringy, I've had better in a pub ! To finish we ordered coffee, and even with excessive amounts of sugar added it was still too bitter to drink. We will not be returning.

This was a celebration for a friend and she had chosen Petit Paris. We all enjoyed our time there and never felt rushed to vacate the table despite the restaurant being very busy - Saturday lunchtime. Thank you; we'll be back!

Great visit, decor rather dated but excellent service and meal

Went pre theatre had 5.15pm table. It was my 1st time my wife’s 2nd visit! Great food at reasonable cost with happy friendly. Staff. We had 3 courses with drinks coffees for 2 at just over £50 can’t go wrong and was. Still early for theatre! Nice one see you again. Soon

We celebrated my birthday with a wonderful 3-course meal and the service was great.

The food was lovely, although they were out of both starters we wanted and one appetiser we wanted. But the wine pairing suggestions were great and the mains were delicious, as were the puddings. A bit sneaky that VAT was added on after, but aside from that it was a great meal.

Friendly service, food good. A mistake on the bill which we picked up, they had charged us for an extra main course. Rectified when pointed out.

Near the speakers and music a bit too loud, other than that a great meal and timing is great as we needed to get to a show. Eaten here a lot and really enjoy it.
