I love this restaurant and always book it when I am going out with friends.

The restaurant was busy so the noise levels were quite high. The food as always was well cooked and presented.

Myself and two friends went for lunch, the food was amazing, the staff are friendly and the place has a truly scrumptious feeling.

Went on a groupon voucher so excellent value for money. Paid extra for rump steak that was cooked beautifully, hubby’s was a tad fatty but the dogs enjoyed it. I thought it came with peppercorn sauce, but seemed more like onion gravy. Very nice though. Staff very attentive and friendly. Place very busy and noisy but excellent service. Wished I could have swapped dessert for a coffee. Go here anyway but groupon voucher couldn’t be missed.

Great independent restaurant smack bang in the centre of Nottingham town centre and a generous offer in terms of time: in that the set menu is served all evening, for a very good price with lots of variety in choice and portion size.

This restaurant never fails to deliver first class food and service.

As always excellent service, food and atmosphere. Waiters always friendly and welcoming . Food is freshly cooked and excellent quality. Great price- value for money. Been going there for many years.

The food was out of this world, definately will be going back for more. My partner and myself went to celebrate our first anniversary together and really enjoyed the evening, though the ajoining tables were a bit too close and it got rather hot - could have done with opening the windows. But as said, the food --- will be going back!

Been a few times but finding that they seem to be cramming more people in .. our table was right in the doorway .. the food was nice but we waited ages for our first drinks and starter.. The ceiling fan was on full and blowing straight on our table and made the food cold quickly.. I did ask if it could be turned down a bit but they didn’t .. It all seemed very rushed this time

Excellent all round waiters really good and my gluten intolerance well catered for. Only gripe was we got charged £14 for a soda and blackcurrant and a peroni but we will certainly book again.

Lovely birthday meal with friends, as always food and service great

Not as good as usual for the following reasons: 1. Corner seating meant that waiters had to ask us to move in order to serve another table - seating plan needs revision 2. Long wait for bill and two requests. Only one person can deal with both the till and the bookings, so we were waiting (again) 3. The minute steak was tiny (really minute), roughly two fingers wide and long 4. The entry and seating needs to be separated from the cash till
