Very casual Italian restaurant and it looked popular around South Kensington. This might be suitable for family or large party.
Second time here and just as great. Just off the main streets and probably a lot cheaper. Great service and food.
Excellent food, good service. Overall a great little Italian restaurant
Amazing food, excellent service! We had a lovely meal, thank you!
Good food, good and quick service and a nice atmosphere. I would definitely go there again.
Good value and food. Would recommend to anyone spending the day in the area
Delicious food in unpretentious surroundings. Service friendly and perfectly paced.
Exellent, relaxed Italian. Very good food and service; will become regular lunch/dinner venue on my (occasional) visits to South Kensington.
Very good service excellent food very reasonable. Would visit again
Very nice Italian restaurant - staff very friendly and smiley. The pizzas were large and very good.
Lovely food, good service and reasonable prices for the area.
Lovely atmosphere and the staff were great. Food was very nice, the lamb and risotto especially good.
We had a wonderful dinner. My husband loved his pizza and I thoroughly enjoyed my lasagna. We also had the minestrone soup which was more a vegestable soup but very tasteful. Happily supprised by the bill.
We had very tasty pasta, octopus and pizza The service was friendly, we enjoyed our experience
First time at this restaurant. Was blown away by the food, will certainly be going back.
Excellent food, very good and attentive service, and a most pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is invariably busy so worth booking
Papa Roma is a superb family run restaurant. The service is excellent and welcoming. Food is very good and at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again.
Very good thank you fir a lovely evening with family
Really great Italian food and big portions! Would come back
Great place, from the food to the wait staff. The best
Amazing food. Get the risotto. You won’t regret it. Recommend
Really good moment, the pizza is really good et the staff is really kind.
Lovely traditional Italian restaurant. Great authentic food, mainly pizza and pasta and friendly staff. Good prices for central London. Would definitely visit again.
Really nice food. Really liked it. Will go there again.
There was a great choice on the menu and the team were very friendly & welcoming. The food taste & quality was outstanding.
Delicious Pizza Sarda with a soupçon of Gavi. Delissimo. Grazie.
Average; average minus food, average minus service. The desert was frozen in the middle, not a nice finish to an average meal. We had to start dressing before anyone would come with the bill.
All the food and drink we had was excellent. The staff very pleasant and attentive. It was a pleasure to find somewhere like this and we will definitely return.
Lovely authentic Italian. Good quality food with range of options for all tastes and ages , Family friendly, reasonably price, service slowish but ok. Would revisit!
A really lovely authentic Italian restaurant with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are attentive but never make you feel rushed. Service very good and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend!
Cute restaurant very close to South Kensington tube. Really light and tasty pizzas. Friendly team. Efficient service. We enjoyed a lovely Friday lunchtime treat at this restaurant.
Had a really lovely meal. Great atmosphere, good service, lovely food. Felt like we were in a little rustic Mediterranean restaurant but in the middle of London. Excellent
The Caprese was great, enough for 2. And the pizza was awesome!! We had plain and pepperoni- loved them but we really loved the pepperoni!
Great food! The calamari was crispy and hot. Pizza has the right texture and tasted good. Panna Cotta was delicious. The service was great too!
Second visit here, came for pre show lunch. Tasty ingredients, good range of choice on the menu. Service was excellent, not rushed. Will definitely visit again
Very good service. Authentic Italian food - no frills. Setting similar - reasonably comfortable and welcoming. We were upstairs but would not have wanted to be in lower ground floor.
The staff was very attentive and helpful. Excellent choice of food and the dishes were beautifully cooked. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients.
Very lovely chilled vibe and accommodating to my plans. I booked for 3 people, 1 was 45 minutes late, the other 90 minutes late, but this seemed absolutely fine for the team. The food was delicious, I had a pasta dish which was very tasty. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his pepperoni pizza (and he is a BIG pizza lover) so this is good!! The staff could perhaps be slightly more attentive but this wasn’t a problem for us- I’m just being picky now, though had it been a bit busier perhaps it may have been. Overall, a lovely relaxing evening with good wine and good food.
We went on the back of reviews and were not disappointed. The food was delicious, atmosphere buzzing and the staff were all really friendly. We will definitely go back when we’re next in the area. Thank you.
Great traditional Italian restaurant, superb food, friendly staff and reasonably priced. We had a very enjoyable evening. If l was staying in South Kensington again would l go back there? Answer - yes!
Very friendly staff, nicely varied menu from pizza through pasta to meat and fish. Happy to change our table when we were too cold near the door. Perfect for our pre theatre meal.
Excellent food and service. Staff were extremely kind and passionate. The pizzas are delicious and would highly recommend this restaurant as a family run Italian shop
We are a family of 4 and had lunch before visiting the museums. The food was lovely and fresh and the service was brilliant. Would highly recommend.
Wonderful little place with a friendly atmosphere. Food was great and not expensive. Service was friendly, helpful, polite and just made us feel as though we were welcome. Definitely be returning at some point.
this is a Nice local restaurant - the pasta I had was very tasty and the pizzas looked great. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere nice and buzzy.
We were looking for an Italian restaurant to go to around the Natural History Museum and due to the good reviews on the Internet, we chose to go to Pappa Roma. It was wonderful. Traditional Italian food, home made and served in a family setting. We were keen to support an independent business and will certainly be back.
Fantastic friendly atmosphere. Classical Italian food. octopus starter was really good. Try the fettuccine with beef and veal ragu. Don't miss the chocolate souffle to finish the evening
Excellent food, service and atmosphere, my favourite London Italian! Their pizza, pasta, meat and wine and superb. Their staff make every visit special. Thank you.
Very nice restaurant staff and food, and the prices aren't bad either. But the pizza is a bit tasteless, like you just want to keep adding salt .
