Paolo is a brilliant chef, the food was excellent. It was busy but the service was still great... and a personal wander around the restaurant by Paolo to ask everyone if they are enjoying their meal was an excellent personal touch.

I like this restaurant. It has a nice relaxing vibe and good service. Food was generally very good as it was on our previous visit. However I am a saltimbocca afficionado and I was expecting a sauce containing at least some level of marsala. This sauce had no discernible marsala taste.

Love Paolo's Italian Kitchen, food amazing, waiters exceptional, and Chef simply the best, have been numerous times before, this time took friends on their 1st visit, and they were blown away.

My daughter recommended this restaurant after visiting last month. We went with another couple for my wife’s birthday and it wasn’t just a meal out, it was a remarkable dining experience. The waiter, when he took our order asked whether we had been before. When we answered that we hadn’t, he said “you will be back”. He was not wrong - it’s my birthday in July.

the food was really good. the only thing that I could say was not so great was the apple pie desert which was not hot enough. other than that, it was really delicious!

It is the best Italian restaurant in London. Much better than any expensive restaurants in City of London.

We visited this place yesterday, we can not fault the food. It was amazing and it tasted how I have had it in Italy. Presentation was beautiful as well. The only down fall is the lack in customer service, took awhile for us to get our drinks ordered, half way through the meal we had no more drink and could not get the waiters attention until the plates got cleared. We felt abit rushed out even though our 2 hours was not up yet and we was not offered if we wanted to see the desert menu. We decided to pay the bill and leave.

We visited Paolo's on a chance visit, choosing somewhere half way between where we lived and came accross Paolo's on the map. So happy we did. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and they even let us stay on a bit longer past their closing time so we could continue chatting. A great place and we will meet there again soon!

We were looked after very well at Paolo’s Ilalian Kitchen and the owner and executive chef came out to meet us, the food was amazing, we will definitely be back again.

This was our 2nd visit and the whole experience was outstanding. Lovely friendly and attentive service. Every part of the meal from the bread basket to the desserts was outstanding. It’s very rare we go to a restaurant and both of us enjoy all 3 courses in equal measure. Would highly recommend and will definitely return soon

Arrived great start service was fine to start, took our order great but I was still eating and had a server taking plates knifes falks made me feel uncomfortable , ordered pizza for £18 and was the size of a dinner plate 10inch I’d say or a little smaller the bottom of the pizza is paper thin so all I could taste was cheese and very oily 5 pieces of sausage and two chillis with salami and cheese it just was not worth £18 mum had a steak for £23 it was thin and the size was quite small very limited menu also definitely not the best I’ve been to I also don’t like the fact they add on 12.5 % service charge my experience wasn’t the best so I should be in control on how much I leave , the evening was ok but I won’t be coming back.
