Charming staff and delicious food. It was packed, even at 5.30. People seem to love it here. Very reasonably priced too.

Food of exceptional quality in a stone clad, warmly lit and cozy venue near Finsbury Park Station. I am Vegan so eat a lot of falafel and salad. Perfectly cooked and hand made falafel with a sublime Palymara salad. I was told the house white was really good too. Excellent staff. Highly recommended. Book! It was busy!

Would not recommend. Aircon didn’t cool. Restaurant smelt of stale cooking and felt very unhygienic. Service was poor and required a lot of prompting to move us through a meal.

We went for a pre-show meal and it was perfect! The set menu was delicious and very good value. The service was friendly and fast and we made it to the show in plenty of time. We will definitely be returning!

We have been to Cottage Cafe previously. And on this occasion, as before, the restaurant was an excellent choice for the food, value and atmosphere. Even more so as we were going to the theatre next door afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Amazing food at very reasonable prices. I went there for my birthday with 12 of my friends. We were looked after by the lovely staff there. It’s my 2nd time there and it’s one of my favourite restaurants in north london. I live in Kent but it’s worth the journey.

So pleased we found this little gem of a restaurant! The food is absolutely divine, the staff are lovely and friendly, it has a great, relaxed atmosphere and it was brilliant value for money. Such a wonderful place - 100% recommend!
