Ounce At Worcester

Didn’t quite get you could buy steak by the ounce but then the smallest steak you could have was 8oz when I really wanted a smaller one. Why not just say on the menu you could have 8 or 10oz or whatever. So really you couldn’t buy steak by the ounce!

Excellent meal - again - at Ounce. This is becoming our favourite restaurant as the food is consistently good and the staff are very friendly. Thanks to all for making our evening memorable and we look forward to coming again...

Small selection of starters and desserts but ours were very good and the steaks were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal there. And we went on a Wednesday and the Tuesday/Wednesday deal meant the value for money was brilliant.

Went on Wednesday night so good value for money , wouldn’t pay full price thou , nicer restaurants around . They cram as many tables as they can into a small place ,so a bit overcrowded.

Really nice food and good service. Didn’t like where the table was (by the front door so big draft every time someone came through).

We had a young waitress who was learning the ropes and was still learning her Job, on a first visit i would always ensure you had the best experience with one of the team that knew everything. That said her she was attentive. We will be coming back and have already recommended

Excellent food and service even though they were very busy.

Our table was up stairs, the music playing was down stairs, no speakers to hear,we felt that there was no atmosphere. Good music, very good food

We visited Ounce for my daughter's birthday. We were warmly greeted and had a fabulous table. The service was warm, friendly and efficient. The steaks were excellent and cooked to perfection. We really enjoyed our evening at Ounce and many thanks for making our visit so special. Thank you!!

Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, great value for money. Could not fault anything, service was attentive but not intrusive, quiet music in the background but you could hear and talk with friends. Food was truly delicious and superb quality. Three of us had lunch with main, dessert and coffee plus drinks all for under 55.00 - So worth a visit, truly outstanding in every way. Thank you to all, fabulous lunch. We will be back.

The food was simply delicious!! The steak was just mouth-wateringly tender and tasty!

Amazing food as always. The person I was meeting got stuck in traffic and staff were so helpful letting us have the table later despite being fully booked.

Service seemed to fast..sat down ordered drinks ...before we knew meal had arrived..came has a shock because week before we over waited

Superb food, friendly staff, not cheap but worth every penny. Just a shame the wife has an aversion to lillys they were used for decorating the room and there was a group of 8 near us who were rather loud. Perhaps I’m getting old?

2nd time to eat at ounce this time was Sunday lunch, wow .. absolutely delicious. I had roast lamb and veg and trimmings. Lovely lunch and surroundings. The staff are brilliant, so welcoming and efficient. This is my favourite place to eat by far. I would highly recommend.

Always love the food. Desserts were abit rubbish but we go there for the steak best in Worcester.

Food is absolutely lovely.. couldn’t fault The lady didn’t ask if we wanted extras or anything else But we overheard them asking other people if they wanted more drinks too etc The ladies were nice and polite and at the start they were very busy. But very nice food for a good price too

The quality of the food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Honestly it’s one of the best places in the UK for steak, we go out a lot and visit various Michelin star restaurants and steakhouses. But Ounce really stands out.
