It was amazing😁😁😁😁😁the steak was cooked just as i liked it

We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be going again in the not too distant! Our meat was originally a little too rare, rather than the medium we both ordered but the staff and the chef dealt with this immediately and it was no trouble. Upon returning our meals they made sure we both had fresh fries and salad. The staff were plenty attentive and they provided all information about the food but without being intrusive. Great afternoon! Thank you!

Fantastic value steaks - consistently the best ones we've had. Service during the meal was great but a bit slow when it came time to clear and bring the bill although by then they were quite busy (still covid safe though!) By far our favourite steak house and one my sister- a connoisseur!- who lives 200 miles away always wants to visit when visiting us. Always looking forward to the next visit!

Would be a good idea to invest in some fans or to be able to open the window. It was so hot in the restaurant we couldn’t enjoy the evening as we would normally. Otherwise food was delicious as usual.

Friendly and prompt service, good atmosphere and excellent steaks. Our specific requests for what was on the plate and what was omitted were followed perfectly.

Quickly seated to our booked table. Drinks and food was served quickly as well but the food wasn't as amazing as last time I visited Ounce. Salad was a bit limp and bland compared to last time and although the chips were crispy they were very minimal for the price we paid. Steak on the other hand was perfect. Desserts were slow to come out but very tasty.

Absolutely gorgeous steaks here!! A must if you haven't tried.

Simple steak obviously highest quality and cooked to perfection along with a delightful salad and just the right amount of fries ,all served in a lovely friendly environment in my home town ,many other sauces and options as well if you wished and very good value .top marks !

Absolutely amazing experience dining here. Loved it from start to finish. Great drinks, great atmosphere. The steak was unbelievable way better than some big named steak restaurants that’s for sure. Deffo recommend and will be back soon.

The food was unreal best steak I’ve had! Only negative was the door leading to the courtyard was opened and shut constantly with people going through and we were sat right by it so it was a cold draft. The seating isn’t in the best position by the door in winter anyway.

I am a repeat customer and have never had a bad meal here. The £1 an ounce deal on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings is phenomenal!

Love it, love it, love it. My friends and family all use Ounce regulalrly and none of us has ever had a bad meal.
