Excellent service great food and good value I would recommend this restaurant to friends or family for any future occasions or get togethers such as birthdays

we only live on rice lane we normally go to waterloo but we tried one melling road for the first time it was much better than we expected the food was great and the staff very friendly we go out once a fortnight we will be going again to this restaurant

Brilliant food and service. Staff really friendly and helpful. Portions great and really well priced. Always look after my wife as she struggles to get around on her walking sticks

I would highly recommend One Melling Road restaurant. We have been before and love the food, on this occasion we were celebrating a birthday, we had starters, a main course and row of us had a dessert. The food was delicious, and the staff are very friendly. It's a small family run business who know how to look after there customers. Well worth a visit, but book a table as it does get busy.

The food both starter and main course was excellent,I had the Prawn starter and the salmon pasta bake and my girlfriend had the garlic mushrooms and chicken ariabiata. The service was good as well. This restaurant has a nice and friendly atmosphere and nice friendly staff.

I love the food in One Melling Road,the Sunday carvery is delicious every time we go ,the al a carte is great but needs a bit more choice on the mains.

Lovely Sunday roast with all the trimmings and nice friendly staff. Good value for money and also has a two course option. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.

The building was lovely. Cutlery was dirty. When asked to be replaced it was still dirty. Not enough variations on the set menu. Pizza was covered in mixed herbs which was all I could taste and I paid 11 pound and left half of it. The risotto was bland. Needed seasoning. I won't be returning.

amazing Sunday carvery , will definitely going back, even my 10 year old loved it and he doesn't like Sunday roasts, service was fab, have already recommended it to all my family

Friendly, nice food, good value and just down the road. A tree adorns the centre of the dining room for a calming atmosphere. The lack of parking may be a problem for some but hey, use public transport or a cab and then no one gets to be the designated driver!

Lovely food. Lovely place. Although getting drinks and the bill is a little slow. But what do you expect on a Friday evening! other than that perfect experience.

Very nice route veg soup to start, carvery excellent as usual. Nice surroundings and friendly efficient service. 6 of us, all enjoyed it very much. Better than your run of the mill carvery!

Excellent ambiance, delicious food, very courteous and helpful staff. Only issue is parking due to it's position,may need to make a short walk. Don't let this detract you from a great restaurant.

Excellent service and food as always. Table all ready on arrival including baby chair. Chef prepared for our table even though a Carvery. Good wine!

very friendly staff, great service. meal was lovely. went for our son's birthday, they brought him a slice of fudge cake with a sparkler and played Happy Birthday which really embarrassed him but he did laugh

We had an absolutely brilliant time. The ambiance is very relaxing and intimate and clearly a lot of thought has been put into the design. We felt very welcome right from the start and the lovely staff couldn't do enough for us. Our food was absolutely delicious and we would definitely recommend a visit. We will certainly be returning.

Early evening meal with friends. Lovely food & atomphere. Service great. Been here quite a few times now though the week and Sunday Carvery - never disappointed.

We found the welcome friendly and polite,nice waiting area. Starters of chicken wings/goats cheese excellent but small portions. Main course tagliatelle/linguine was tasty but small portion. Sweet was well presented but ditto other courses (Small).

Excellent meal and service, again! All courses were first class, attentive and friendly staff, great décor and atmosphere. This place is a little hidden gem.

Lovely intimate atmosphere, lovely food reasonably priced. Ideal place for a date night. Staff attentive without being overbearing, even though the restaurant was extremely busy. Would definitely recommend.

Five of us went for the carvery. It was lovely not to have to cook and to enjoy the chef carving three different meats for us , and then the choice of yorkshire puds, roasties, stuffing , parsnips,cauliflower cheese , mashed carrot and turnip, cabbage and leeks , gravy and the choice of three different sauces.Puddings are fab , the Seville creme brulee was my favourite. Warm and welcoming atmosphere and lovely attentive staff.Will be going here again!

The food was lovely, hot and tasty and plenty of it. The three courses were all very nice and the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful. myself and my girlfriend found it a very enjoyable and would look forward to returning in the future.

Hi - this is a beautiful restaurant with friendly, competent staff and gorgeous food. I will definitely be booking a table again ...many times! I do have one piece of slightly picky feedback ....the chairs seemed quite low compared to the tables?? A few of the people in our party said the same thing. This isn't a 'deal-breaker' though :-)

First time visit to this lovely Italian restaurant. Works Christmas meal. Staff were very attentive and the food was delightful. Everyone who dined really enjoyed it here. Will be going back!

Great Restaurant. Went for the Sunday Carvery and it is certainly the best carvery we have ever had. Quality of all the food was spot on and the customer service was amazing. Will definitely be returning for another Sunday Carvery. Highly recommended.

Food was beautiful. The restaurant is has a really relaxing feel and the staff were spit on. We didn't know they were waiting to close until we were going out the door but they didn't once try to rush us . All round excellence
