We enjoyed a return visit and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful, what more can you ask for?

This was our first time at On The Hill and what a fantastic dining experience we had. Our food was full of flavour and very well presented, the staff were attentive and friendly and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Can recommend the Scallop and Taste of Greece starters and The Fish Market, Asian Chicken, Welsh Pork Trio and the Steak special main courses. Didn't have room for puddings but will definitely be trying the Citrus Trio or Orange and Ginger Cheesecake next time we visit, which I'm sure will be soon.

Absolutely Delicious food. What a good idea to have a selection of "mini desserts" so you can have a sweet finish without bursting! Be warned the "mini" starters are very moreish!

Service a bit rushed, waitress was trying to make room for our starters when we had only just had our nibbles, having to wait for the bread to be warmed up firstly, then trying to rush us. She actually brought our starters anyway, was a little put out that we hadn't finished our nibbles! Never the less the good was very good and we will go again.

Food amazing. Tip for all- if you like your steak medium, ask for it to be scalloped. Prevents a rare steak with a thicker flesh being underdone. Risotto lovely. My favourite restaurant. K xxxx
