Cannot fault any part of it, great food and great service. Highly recommended to all. Fresh food and full of flavour. Not dry or pre cooked. Fantastic.

Okra was a lovely place to relax and dine in style. The restaurant was welcoming and look fantastic, the menu was comprehensive and the serving staff were very knowledgeable about their offerings and gave excellent suggestions. The food was amazing and worth the price. I will certainly be visiting again.

Service excellent and staff very attentive. Onion Bhaji starter was also the best I've ever had however my husband had the chicken tikka starter and I had chicken tikka for my main and the chicken wasn't very tasty and was a rubbery texture. I did have to leave mine due to this and did mention it to the waiter but his reply wasn't too great. No apologies or he'll bring it to the chef's attention. He basically said, 'well that's what you get when you order chicken tikka' due to this we won't be going back.

First time visit but from excellent recommendation from a friend decided to give it a go. Went for the pre theatre menu and was an excellent choice. Food portions were big and flavour was awesome. The only negative was opted for a glass of the house wine and this was very small compared to the huge bottle of beer that my partner had. If you like beer I'd recommend this over the wine. But there was water on the table so this was fine. Beautiful building and great service.

We were greeted outside by a friendly member of staff and our table was ready for us. Inside the restaurant is quite large and beautifully decorated. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was tasty and nicely presented.

Excellent food and great service. The surroundings were very grand but also very comfortable. Members of our family had dietary problems but this was not a problem they advised us a made sure we were all catered for.

We were swiftly welcomed in and shown to our table, despite it being very busy, ensuring we sat down at our booked time. We got prompt, and appropriate service. Food was served promptly too, and was delicious, well presented, and plentiful. The staff were charming and attentive as always. Highly recommended. The best Indian restaurant in Derbyshire.

Very busy, town centre restaurant. Service was good, considering how busy the place was and the food was excellent. The only downside was the price of a poppadom and pickle tray (£3.70). Overall, well worth a visit

As always, Okra didn't fail to deliver. It was a superb meal and all for a fantastic price. A must visit for anyone wanting a curry in Derby.

It was quite a busy Saturday night in the restaurant and so it was a long time before receiving our main after our starter. The waiter had realised this though, apologised and took the price of our desserts off the final bill. Really enjoyed the food and the customer service was good. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic food lovely atmosphere and service, only down side was we were right at the front of the restaurant so there was a cold draft when the door was opened and as it was so busy this was a lot. They did turn the heating up to compensate as soon as it was mentioned.

Had a family meal on 3rd February to celebrate my 25th birthday, the waiters couldn't do enough for us and made the whole evening really enjoyable. Food was delicious and well priced. The waiters made a big deal about the fact that it was my birthday even though we hadn't told them -they must have heard us talking about it, which was really nice and made the whole evening feel special. Will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to anyone.

Good service, good food. However, I found the food was slightly over priced, and me and my girlfriend went around 6:30pm on a Friday, it seemed quiet so not much atmosphere.

Great value. Excellent food and good portions. Has taken over as my favourite Indian Restaurant. Early doors menu is under £15 for a starter and a main with a drink too.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Large portions and the pre-theatre menu is very good value at £14.95. Food not quite as good as the Raj, if it were it would get full marks.
