Fab restaurant, cosy atmosphere and superb food! Mixed platter starter is delicious, great choices for mains, we had fish and lamb, both cooked perfectly. Very reasonably priced, attentive but not intrusive service. We will be back!

Second visit to Knox and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would certainly return for lunch or evening meal. Food is very tasty and nicely presented too. Staff are pleasant and efficient.

This is one of the best places to eat in the city. Nok’s kitchen is the main reason we came back to Edinburgh this year for my birthday. I love Thai food and at Nok’s kitchen The food is amazing and staff are polite and friendly. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

Superb food in an excellent restaurant. The main course of cashew nut stir fry with crispy chicken was sublime. The service was very pleasant and quick. The decor/tables and chairs all compliment each other in a subtle way that suits it's environment. You really do need to book in advance as this is a very popular restaurant. We have been to all the Thai restaurants in Edinburgh as this rates in the top 3.

Really lovely restaurant, the food was beautiful - haven't had Thai food like it and the staff were wonderful! They even treated the birthday boy to a surprise pudding!

Excellent meal and service. Best Thai in Edinburgh at the moment. At 7pm on a Thursday the place was full, so book early to get a table.

We visited on the 18th January for lunch. The staff were very attentive. Our starters were excellent. However, although the main courses were very tasty, they could have been warmer. We will certainly return as very good value for money.

The food here is excellent as is the service. Booking recommended as it's always busy! The menu has a really good range of interesting dishes and though the prices aren't low, they are reasonable for the quality of the food on offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Nok’s kitchen. The sea bass and steak were very good. The presentation was of a high standard. The staff were very attentive. We will definitely go back.

The is a really lovely restaurant. The food and service was excellent. The menus is very reasonably prices, 2 course for £10, highly recommend the duck salad.

Fabulous food, really enjoyed the mixed starter and the duck curry on this visit. The staff were very attentive, and we did not feel at all rushed.

A real hidden gem. Two course lunch for £9.95 gave us generous portions of tasty Thai cuisine. I will certainly be back! Wonderful old building too, so the place also has considerable charm and character. Totally recommend!

Lovely food and attentive staff once again but main course tonight lacked the usual rich fragrant spice for the Green curry. The Tom yum soup starter was excellent.

we enjoyed a very tasty lunch today after our daughter had been for dinner a couple of nights ago. Deceptively spacious restaurant inside, delicious food, amazing value and excellent service. We'll be back when we are next in Stockbridge.

We loved this beautiful restaurant. Tucked away and didn't look anything from the outside but the food was very reasonable and was gorgeous . The service was excellent... Couldn't fault it! We will definitely return.

Excellent, subtle, interesting food served by courteous, friendly staff in a nice environment. The menu is extensive and varied and offers great value. No wonder it’s a popular eatery! We will definitely return.

Really had such a delightful dinner! We had a late lunch before our visit, and thusly we had to get some of our dinner to takeaway. The scallops are one the best dishes I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating!! The staff were super and extremely attentive and friendly

The lunch menu is good offer, with a reasonable price. But, the Chicken is not so fresh to me ... Hope the restaurant can improve it.

It's a great place to eat thai food. We went there following Tripadvisor leads and were not disappointed at all! Cozy atmosphere on a cold December night (the spicy food also warmed us up!)

Good food and service. We were able to order level of spicieness of dishes. Low ceiling makes it a little noisy when full but not too distracting.

A wonderful find with helpful staff but most of all glorious food. We had the sharing platter which ended up being a bit much for the main course from the grill of sirloin with Thai curry sauce was the most delicious thing I’ve eaten in many a year. Fantastic, go and wax lyrical.

We not had the set once which was tasty, healthy and varied. We gave eaten there before and it rates very highly. I don't give the highest rating on any review as that implies there s no room for improvement and that is rare,but it was an very good meal.

Without a doubt best authentic Thai in Edinburgh! I would strongly recommend it. Make sure to book in advance though. It is always full at any time of the day.
