Great food, good atmosphere, good value and very good staff

I wasn’t happy when i say staff touching meat and then not washing their hands!

Possibly the greatest pizza we've ever eaten. Quality ingredients and beyond perfect dough all cooked in 90 seconds. We also had a couple of the O Cuoppo starters, which were fun and tasty little appetisers to kick things off. The best pizzeria in Manchester.

The food was amazing! 2 very large groups of men took up most of the restaurant and were very rowdy, yet the staff were extremely attentive which set a great mood. The food was prompt, cooked to perfection and delicious. I recommend the Vegan pizza with potatoes, onions and fresh rosemary! Stunning. That, and the fried calzone. Still drooling! Can’t wait to go again and experience the authenticity of the staff and food.

Great food with excellent vegan options and perfect Neapolitan style crusts. We loved the tempura veg starter and the alcohol was very well-priced too!

A limited menu but if it is what you are looking for this is as good a version of it as you will get. Friendly service though drinks service was a little erratic.

The food was delicious. The service was timely and polite. We were sat on a different side of the restaurant to everyone else there, this affected the atmosphere a little. Overall a good experience

The food was exceptional; the pizzas are better than ones I've eaten in Italy (and I've eaten a lot!). The service was faultless; our waiter was knowledgeable, funny and attentive. I can't wait to bring more friends here, we'll be coming back no doubt!

It's always a pleasure coming back to NoiQuattro; from the heavenly pizzas (both savory and Nutella one!) to the waiters pampering you, this place is great for every occasion, whether it's a date or a friends dinner!

Il locale è molto carino, il livello di rumore del locale è discreto ma permette comunque di comunicare con le persone presenti a tavola seppur con qualche difficoltà. Rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile soprattutto per l’utilizzo di vari prodotti italiani che rendono il tutto più realistico in termini di italianità nell’elaborazione e presentazione dei piatti. Tempi di attesa un pelo lunghi. Sicuramente una delle pizze più buone che ho mangiato in vita mia, a Manchester la più buona e autentica in assoluto!

Best pizza I've had, lovely staff, very busy so a bit of a wait for food but not a huge problem. It is very noisy/echoey though, so maybe some sound dampening materials need installing

For a Wednesday night the restaurant was pretty busy, definitely more than we expected. Food and service were both great.

Amazing as always although was a little loud on this visit, still love it and our favourite pizza place

So friendly, attentive, quick, and amazing food and drink. My only complaint would be that the building is noisy but when you’re sharing a carafe of wine with a friend you’ll end up being noisy too and it’s not an issue! Perhaps not ideal if you want a quiet location but entirely forgivable otherwise.

Noi Quattro never disappoints. The servisce and the pizzas are excellent, definitely the best in Manchester! When I feel nostalgic about Italy I know where to go for a perfect, tasteful experience. Will return soon!!!
