Great pizza dough and generally lovely pizzas, but...and there is a but... Why would you cook and bake the friarielli to smithereens? A humble suggestion: Boil them briefly and then put them on the pizza just before it leaves the oven. :-)

Probably the best pizza in the uk! I was in Manchester for work and I previously I had the chance to try their pizza, but only for collection. This time I had more time and I had a delicious pizza with pumpkin flowers!
