Great as always ! Delicious food and great service with friendly staff ! A lovely venue you would be proud to take anyone there .
A very good flavoursome curry, nice atmosphere and attentive staff, can't quite believe the cost, £15 for a main dish, that's the most I've ever spent on a curry dish that wasn't at a michellin star place. Very nice meal but I'll stick with Tooting for the best curry for the money.
Food was excellent, service was good too. My only concern is that a service charge is put on the bill, when you pay by card you're then invited to leave a tip. I don't think this is right
They got 4 of our 7 dishes wrong and not once did they ask if all was ok. Very disappointing as their prices are far above average and expect the same level of service.
Hugely disappointed with the restaurant in terms of taste, value for money and service. Prices were on par with London equivalents, but sadly the quality of the food and portions were not. We ordered the mixed grill platter which required consultation between three waiters before knowing what it consisted of. On arrival it was small in portion, not even two pieces of everything and very bland. The paneer in particular had absolutely no flavour. The tomato base for the railway lamb tava was overdone and even the simple tarka daal was under cooked. This taste may suit the palettes of their regular patrons, but this is not authentic Indian cooking. Unfortunately, No.7 Temple have a monopoly on the market given the lack of Indian restaurants in the area. Please don't use the price as a benchmark for upscale quality. Aside from the ambience, there are few redeeming features. Overall, a very poor experience and we have no intention of visiting again.
We enjoyed the restaurant and liked the food very much. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the service was very good. We will recommend to our friends.
Great evening great food great service & great company. Couldn't recommend this place enough. You really must give it a try. This is definitely the best Indian restaurant in the area.
We had chicken Madras (perfect amount of heat) and the gun powder (hotter than vindaloo) shrimp. Both were excellent!! Made the reservation 30 mins before arriving and there was no wait for a table once we arrived.
This time we had 2 guests who like Indian food but not necessarily their favourite. Well they were so impressed & enjoyed everything from poppadoms onwards. Everybody had a fantastic time and it really was a meal to remember!
The restaurant had great food, excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. It was a very pleasant place to have a lovely meal with lovely friends. I would recommend Temple to anybody that wants a good meal with a friendly ambience.
Food was really tasty, watch out for the gunpowder sauce it really is too hot and affects your ability to taste anything else. Great atmosphere, service a little chaotic ...
We have been to this restaurant before and enjoyed it, however our lastest visit was very disappointing. The time between our starters and main course was far to long caused by the restaurant giving priority to take away orders. That was very poor. Also one of our side dishes contained plastic wrapping within the dish. Given that the restaurant is more expensive than your average Indian restaurant we expected far better. Very disappointing.
Great restaurant for quality food, ambience and value! Been there many times and the quality and consistency remains very good! Will be back there soon. If you haven't tried it - go for the Railway Lamb Thava and you won't be disappointed.
The food was fantastic! The waitress was lovely. The first expression when coming in and a man who showed us a table, did not even wait for us to sit down and give us menus.. The experience was not polite. The waiters cleaned tables next to us with a cleaning spray, which is nice that hygiene levels are great, but the he sprayed so much directly to the table that we were breathing this and it was very uncomfortable.
A lovely restaurant, great decor and ambience. Food was delicious . A little on the expensive side . The restaurant was freezing! The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
I have been a regular diner since Temple 7 opened 3 years ago and have always had an excellent meal with good service and a wonderful ambience. Shiraz is a wonderful host.
Excellent venue, excellent food. Service friendly if a little slow. Would highly recommend The gunpowder chicken - Hot as Hades and all the better for it.
Good food but we were seated behind the cashier and near the kitchen which is not a very nice sport. Food good though and nice Atmosphere. Recommend for "nicer curry restaurant" feel.
We thought the food was a great but the service was poor. None of the staff seemed terribly interested in us and the service was slow
This was my first visit, however it had been recommended and I really enjoyed it... The food was amazing and the service was excellent... I also liked the fact that you could have a relaxing cocktail at the bar before you sat down for a meal
As usual this place is perfect restaurant for Indian food with a twist. For a change my wife had a traditional meal to compare with another restaurant and was delighted that her dish was noticeably better. The service and atmosphere were as good as always too.
Meal lovely and staff very friendly and attentive, while not intrusive, decor modern and beautiful, will definitely go again and recommend to other friends and family
Amazing food & atmosphere! Definitely will be returning. Fast service, great drinks & very friendly staff. Sophisticated Indian cuisine, beautiful flavours you can really taste throughout the meal.
Great atmosphere and lovely decor, the food was good - nothing mind-blowing but the mains were very tasty. Starters were good but on the small side, the king prawn dish only had 2 prawns for £8. However, the service was haphazard. Waiting staff were friendly but white wine brought with no cooler, no spoons brought to serve the starters with, I dropped my fork in front of the waiter and wasn't offered another, and we were never offered dessert, coffee or another drink after our mains. Overall a nice place but could be improved.
Great food and atmosphere. Particularly enjoyed the Goan fish curry and the panir. Good to have the option of the traditional lassi drink too. West End style Indian restaurant in Weybridge.
Excellent food, buzzy atmosphere! Food is a little bit different and totally delicious. Great service and all in all a lovely evening. Well done No7 Temple Team.
As usual, we were welcomed at the bar for a couple of pre-dinner drinks. Then escorted to a table of our own choosing. Enjoyed a couple of poppadoms with chutneys before our fabulous main courses arrived. All very lovely. A perfect evening. Thanks!
Excellent food, service very good and lovely ambience. Very attentive staff. A notch above your normal Indian restaurant food, with very unique sauces and choice of meat, fish or vegetable options.
We went to this restaurant because of the excellent reviews. It was an early Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was empty and we had two rowdy kids in tow but the staff were very friendly and the food was exceptional. I would visit again when next in weybridge.
Great authentic Indian food lots of whole spices used in the cooking . Really yummy will definitely go back. Cocktails were good too! I thought the decor was great, smart but not too smart. A fun place to go with a good atmosphere.
All staff very friendly. Nice buzzing atmosphere. Lovely food - very tasty hot. Not waiting to long for food, but not rushing either. Great for families, groups or dates. Wine good too.
Excellent food, great service, nice people and atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone. High level curry house. A pleasure to eat here and will definitely be returning soon.
Nice barman but generally was slow sevice. The table was ready half an hour after booking, our starter was wrong and our main came 45' after our starter was finished.
Food was good and place looked nice. We were asked to move table to make space for more guests and before having a chance to respond our drinks were being taken to another table. Food took a long time to arrive and when it did was lukewarm. Service was sadly nonexistent but tip was compulsory.
Tremendous food and service. The waiting staff were very attentive and offered polite advice on ordering. Really impressed, I will be going back. Reassuringly expensive, without being over priced. All round... quality dining experience!
Friendly and efficient staff, airy, comfortable surroundings and good food to suit all tastes. Look forward to sampling more of the menu in the months to come
Went to No.7 Temple on a friend's recommendation. Food was truly sublime, great atmosphere and very pleasant (if ever so slightly slow) service. We highly recommend!
Bit noisy but as always excellent food and service Nnnnnn Mmmmm nnnnn nnnnnn nnnn nnn nnn nn nn bb bb bb vb vv vv vv
Fantastic food with a lovely atmosphere. The usual friendly service makes a great evening!
The food is always great at No. 7 Temple, but we had a few issues with the staff on this visit. The waiter struggled to understand us when we explained we didn't need drinks and were just waiting for a tonic water to go with the gin - which somebody was sorting. He bought us a glass of tonic water!!!! The restaurant apologised and said it would be removed from the bill .... it wasn't!!! When we came to pay the waitress handed my husband the credit card machine with the question on the screen of whether we wanted to add gratuities ... luckily my husband had spotted on the bill that this had already been included by the restaurant!!!! Could have got a double whammy .... not impressed!
Haven't been for over a month due to other commitments but so glad we're back. Had a great time as usual. Friendly staff, great food and a pleasant atmosphere. Terrific!
very good, friendly service, as usual. would definitely recommend returning
Perfect venue for a post-Christmas get together. Fantastic service. Food amazing as usual standard. Not overly interrupted by staff as in some other Indian restaurants.
Very nice restaurant, not the normal curry house feeling but very spacious and well appointed room Good well cooked tasty food. Catered for vegetarians and changed the hotness of the curry to our liking
Fabulous meal at No7 Temple this evening - great food and even better service with a really nice vibe in the restaurant. We'll definitely be back!
First visit to this Indian restaurant. Fantastic food, service and great atmosphere. Very good. Slur for money. Staff excellent. Already planning our return next week.
Excellent in resto and delivery! No. 7 never disappoints and we'll keep coming back!
Good quality, fair price and nice staff. What else can we ask for? The portions were modest but adequate for the number of people what I found very well managed.
Great food, great atmosphere! All food was really tasty - we all enjoyed the meal. The only complaint was that the main coursewas slow to be served - maybe 15 mins later than we expected! It was a Saturday night & they were busy - but should be able to cope. We will go again.
Went on a very busy Saturday evening - there was a large party of 26 already in the restaurant as well as other customers. I was there with a friend who had not been to No 7 Temple before -it took an hour to get our food. Food excellent as ever when it finally came -staff apologetic and gave us a nightcap with our coffee but just FAR too long to wait. Kitchen staff obviously working flat out but unable to deal with the number of covers plus takeaways in a reasonable timeframe. Need to rethink their booking strategy - I am unlikely to go on a Saturday again.
