Very slow on taking orders for drimks. We physically had to get up and go to the bar to ask for drinks 3 times. food up to usual standard.

Fantastic restaurant, with very high quality food. Can sometimes be a little wait for service as they can get very busy and often don't have many people working out front. Atmosphere is great and love going here every time! Great sushi!

They could do with an extra waiter as the poor staff are rushed off their feet but excellent food, very fresh salmon and tuna sashimi

Fantastic meal, friendly helpful service and great value as usual. My favourite restaurant in Bournemouth. Very high standard always maintained. Always fun and great atmosphere.

Fantastic food, great service, reasonably priced and all in an amazing environment - care and detail has been put into the decoration of Nippon Inn complete with 2 tatamati areas. We'll be going back!

Food was amazing So fresh and tasty Unfortunately the service let it down. We have been here many times before and always been happy. This time the girls were very scatty. Sometimes even disappearing completely which left us waiting a while before we could then call them to the table. Checks to see if we we're happy were not made. Food that wasn't ours kept turning up too?! Did look good though lol The food made up for it. Would still go back, however service needs improvement

The food is incredible, the staff are both kind and attentive and to top it off,the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant! Would recommend the Salmon Kara Age set meal!

Meal was fantastic, Staff were great. Ordered Japanese Whisky, 10min later I had to ask where our whisky was, they couldn't find it!, took another 10min to find another Japanese whisky. Decided not to bother. Disappointed!

Great Japanese restaurant. Table was ready on time. Service was really good. The waiter was very attentive and helpful making good recommendations. Food was excellent.
