Excellent food great service. Very popular restaurant and i can see why. Will definitely be a returning customer. Reasonable priced and good sized portions. Happy diner.

Sat by the door, very cold. Amazing food but on the pricey side of acceptable. Getting another drink was difficult but overall a lovely night.

the staff was amazing and the food but it was just so cold it made me and my partner Ill we had to leave and come home to bed as we were that cold .

No heating Freezing, long wait in between food, some food didn’t turn up till we was leaving so had to cancel. Other Neon Jamon is way better. Waitress’s lovely tho and tried

Our table was in the corner by the toilets where it was very draughty and cold, asked about heating and were told it’s an old building and the heating was on full. Also had to go up and ask for the bill and pay at the bar as we were a bit forgotten in the corner, similar situation for table next to us who also got fed up of waiting so went up to the bar to pay

Excellent food and excellent service!! We will be back- we have been really impressed-perfect valentines meal. The Gambas were delicious. Would recommend anyone to come here.

We had a lovely evening at Neon Jamon, the food, wine and staff were amazing. My favourite dish was the spinach, pine nuts and raisins. I will certainly be back!

Really great atmosphere, music, and staff are great. The wait for food was unacceptable though, an hour and a half for the final tapa dish, and it wasnt as though we had the 4/5 dishes with any speed either. For me - a regular in “Spanish” Spain, the food is average and overpriced for portion size. There are two much better tapas places In Liverpool, on the basis of this Saturday evening meal, when I know its at it busiest ......

Great service but food didn't blow us away. Ribs were very tasty but the pigs cheek was a very small portion for them price and didn't offer much taste. We enjoyed the evening but won't rush back.

The food was very nice but the service wasn't great. The table was booked for 9 but we didn't get seated until 9.30. Then it took a further 20-25 minutes to take our order, during which time the menu changed. Factor in the further wait for the food and we were starving by the time we got to eat anything. We were given a couple of beers free for the delay in getting seated, but I would much rather have been able to eat at a reasonable hour if I'm honest. If I'm going to a restaurant I don't expect to still not have any food in front of me over an hour after the time my table was booked for.

Been going here for years and always loved it. So shocked by last night. Never known such bad service and I have been unwell. Expected more

Great food, lovely atmosphere and terrific staff! They were attentive and helped with any issues. The food came quickly and we didn’t have the usual issue of veggies coming first which made a pleasant change from most tapas restaurants. Will be visiting again!

Nice food but service was pretty shoddy. Waitresses didn't inform what foods were coming out and didn't really explain what was what There is so much potential but the initial setup seemed a bit skatty. It's just missing something and thought it was a tad overpriced. 4 little bits of salami and 4 little bread sticks that are rock hard.... £7.50????? The food was really nice but just missing that professionalism.

A trusted favourite of ours, but the new menu was a little more restricted than the old one and the desserts were only so so.

Great staff atmosphere and the food was fantastic. Portions good size the steak was amazing. Unusual tapas together with the more traditional type Was recommended by a Spanish guy who said it was the best place to go. He was right we will be back soon.

We have been to the restaurant before and it never fails to deliver; service first class and the food and ambiance was just great, we'll be back!

Staff were lovely. Unfortunately food was not to usual standard (cold, hard) and one plate came out when we had almost finished. Puts me off going back.

I have heard rave reviews about neon jamon, but unfortunately the food was average for a high price and even with dessert me and the missus were not full. The best thing about the experience by far was the excellent waiting staff and the nutella cheesecake.

The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful and knowledgable. This was my third visit to neon jamon and it won’t be my last.

Lovely place .food was nice . Staff friendly nice atmosphere. Only thing I would say is tapas are over priced. Meat balls was my favourite .

Food is quite good. However, price level to high for Quality of food and quantity. Service was good, time to food and time between different tapas ok.

Lovely food - big portions. Really enjoyed the Patatas Bravas as the sauce was incredible. We also enjoyed the fried goats cheese. Yum! We also received great service.

As usual food was top class lovely friendly atmosphere and good service, only niggle would be the drink service was a little slow. Overall a great meal out.

Warm welcome. Pleasant bar staff and bar area whilst the whole group gathered. Patient staff as we waited for whole group to arrive. Excellent food.

Food was good, portions small however even for tapas and the service left a bit to be desired to say the least.

Fantastic food and service, went on a quite early Sunday but still managed to have a good atmosphere. Good selection of dishes to cater for all tastes. Tapas were a good size and value for money.

Food is very good, getting offered a table in the corner right next to a Stag Party of a dozen lads not so good!! When I said we were not sitting there, I was told that was the only table available (we had however already been moved once and there were numerous tables vacant around the restaurant) as they were all on a time schedule(we had booked for half 5 so it was not very busy), I said ok well if that's the only table we'll leave. We were then offered a table with a time availability of just 1 hour and 20 mins as it was booked after that, for convenience we decided to take that and ate our food while having to keep one eye on the time.....first time in NeonJamon and I was not impressed.

Great experience from start to finish! Staff were friendly and informative. Food was really tasty and drinks were great. Would be happy to recommend or go back against n if I'm ever back in Liverpool.
