Food is nice but was underwhelmed by the steak dish, considering it is one of the more expensive items it was rather bland. Restaurant itself is attractive inside.

Excellent food with superb service. This is great tapas restaurant with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Our waiter was very helpful and extremely convivial. I highly recommend a visit 😃

Food was absolutely amazing. Did not have one bad dish. The Nutella cheesecake is the best dessert we have ever had. Staff are lovely and very attentive. Would recommend to everyone.

A warm welcome when I arrived. Great food and relaxed dining despite the Christmas rush. The tables were private so we didn’t feel like we were squashed in. My only gripe - prawns with the shell on taste great but you need a finger bowl after peeling them!

Love the way the menu is refreshed plus old favourites are reintroduced Fantastic venue and cannot wait to return again. Staff are an absolute asset ... well done

DELICIOUS food. Lovely atmosphere and friendly service. Will definitely go back there soon. Went with a group of friends but my children would love this place - lots of picky bits to suit all kinds of food preferences. The squid, prawns, and padron peppers were particularly delicious.

The food is always absolutely delicious! The fried goats cheese with the honey and the mushroom tostado are my favorites. The service was lovely and they were all very friendly and accommodating!

Loved it! Menu changes regularly - the cod croquetas were great! Staff were great as always too. It was also really reasonable in terms of pricing.

The food was amazing, and all brought out in a nicely staggered time so you didn’t have all the plates at once! Cocktails were super tasty too.

Friendly service. Wide selection on the menu. Good sized portions. We were recommended 3 dishes each and went away feeling very well fed. Bill was £75 including tip and a bottle of wine.

Went with friends, their first visit. Food was lovely, really tasty. Staff were good and helpful. Only one small problem, 3 of our dishes never arrived, had to ask for them after we had finished others. Did not spoil our night.

Four of us ate lunch on Saturday afternoon. Whilst it was not full, there were enough people to give a gently buzzing atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend Neon Jamon as it’s a stylish place with delicious food!

Food was mediocre and the service was too slow. Saving grace was the manager, who gave us free drinks as a source of recompense for the slow service.

Good food, good service, gopd ambience. Pleasant experience. More ambiance and feelgood factor than the Church Road site., but overall, Neon Jamon is a nice dining experience.

Stunning food and great service, the pigs cheek, chilli crusted cod, hake and onglet steak particularly stood out. Very nice sangria, was absolutely stuffed so didn’t try desserts this time but the crime Catalan is usually amazing!

Lovely restaurant with delicious food options. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with our waiting staff member who mixed up our order and left us waiting an hour longer for our main dish than for our other accompanying dishes (not ideal but not the end of the world with tapas). There was also a 40 minute wait on an alcoholic drink that I had to request four times. Service from other staff members was perfect though - they arranged a cheesecake on the house for my partners birthday. It seemed that the staff member serving us may have been new or not up to their usual standard. Otherwise an enjoyable meal with a good atmosphere.

Great food , service and environment. Such a Lovely place to have a catch up with my family . Will return next time we are in Liverpool

Two of the waiters there were amazing and so nice, one of them is called Rubén and the other one is spanish but I don’t remember his name. The food was brilliant too!

It was a lovely experience. I booked a table for my birthday dinner. Lovely staff and great food, service was quick even if it was really busy! I’m not from Liverpool but if I go back one day I will visit this restaurant!

Great venue and lovely table in the window. Engaging waiter who took our order.... That’s when the experience fell off the cliff. 6 Tapas ordered, still only 2 on table after 35 mins! We spoke twice to passing waiters without any more dishes appearing. This Neon experience was now becoming dull and disappointing. Finally we spotted our original waiter. Bingo apologies and food arrived with minutes. Amazing tapas,as we had anticipated so 10/10. Wine was delicious too. But poor customer service left a sour taste on the pallet!!!!

I have been to neon jamon many times and will come back many more !

Great atmosphere, welcoming staff,delicious cocktails,good food, reasonably priced,definitely try it ! They had a few large groups in on Saturday night so we had a bit of a wait for our food so they brought us a freebie patatas bravas to keep us going, much appreciated .Will return soon .
