Great food, good atmosphere. Great service. Good choice of food and good music too. Would defo recommend for an easy going night out with friends or family.
Food was very tasty and a great variety on offer. Our reservation was at quarter to 6 so we weren't expecting it to be as busy as it was. Only downside was our table was backing onto the area of the bar where the waitresses all processed the orders so it didn't make for a very relaxing experience
Horrible smell lingering in this restaurant very offputting, food nice but very slow coming out, in dribs and drabs...nice food once received but service also slow wouldn't return.
This restaurant came recommended by a friend but we were disappointed to say the least. Food was average and atmosphere none existent. If you are looking for authenticity, avoid this place.
Friendly staff and good selection of food which was delicious. Lots of vegetarian food too. Lovely looking restaurant and in good central position in town.
Lovely food as always. However we felt a bit rushed as we were told we only had the table until a certain time. Better atmosphere in the neon Jamon smithdown.
Excellent food and staff.well done keep up the good work.looking forward to our next visit already.you all did liverpool proud and our friends were delighted
Brilliant food brilliant service. Not much else to say really pretty much summed it up but apparently I have to post a minimum of 25 words.
They could have adjusted to that we where 6, and not 4. This made the tapas meal very strange. The food and wine was good though.
Lovely food and attentive staff. The gordal olives are exceptional, and the Catalan hake was absolutely delicious. A bit pricey, but well worth a visit!
Excellent food, excellent knowledgeable staff who gave great service. Nice atmosphere with a relaxed vibe. Had a very enjoyable evening, would definitely recommend to others.
Staff very friendly but the service was slower than previous visits. Food was delicious as always, the manchego croquettes and ribs were particular highlights. We love the liquor 43 coffees, but were a little disappointed with the ones we got in this visit- much less cream and the liquor 43 was all at the bottom so we had to stir which ruins the idea of a liquor coffee.
Good food. Big portions, but the only downside was the baby squid was slightly over cooked and chewy. Discount cocktails before 7pm Monday to Friday too
Tapas was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food and drink priced at what you expect for a restaurant. Good atmosphere and music. Overall good eating experience.
Lovely little place, food is gorgeous and staff are very knowledgeable on dishes which helps choose which dishes to order, lovely atmosphere within and although tables are close not to close to invade on your own space
Great food! The chorizo with honey was amazing as was the seabass with chorizo. Garlic mushrooms on toast were also outstanding. Good selection of beers and love the cava Xx
The food was good. We ordered far too much but it was nice to have the variety. The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was good
The waitress accused us of inhaling our food then took ages with the bill. Madness. Top scran mind you. Not as good as the Smithdown Place one.
Friendly staff and very attentive. Food was delicious. Ambience was just right, tables not too close together. Would return to this restaurant. Straw fries and egg was lovely.
We really enjoyed our visit to Neon Jamon on Berry Street in Liverpool. The restaurant is conveniently located for visiting Liverpool's Georgian and Rope Walks Quarters. Our table was reserved for lunch time and we ordered a total of 6 dishes on the 2 for £9 offer. We were not disappointed. The food was tremendous, portions generous and staff excellent. Being Tapas we looked no further the the draught Estrella which provided the perfect liquid accompaniment. Having eaten in the majority of Liverpool's Tapas restaurants we can confirm that Neon Jamon is one of the best available. Don't forget to visit us at liverpool tourist.guide which is full of information about Liverpool.
The food was just ok. Some of it a bit bland and boring. I wouldn't rave about it. There was no chicken Tapas dish which I thought a bit strange. They do not have ice cream to go with any of the desserts, another thing that's strange. The meatballs were nice. The hamburgers and vegetarian sliders were really boring. One of the desserts was a special, a lemon tart. It came and it was the same size as a supermarket mince pie. Really poor portion size. Not the best value for money.
Really enjoyed our evening at Neon, the Food, drinks and service were all excellent as always! Always recommend your restaurant to friends and look forward to coming back soon
Midweek visit imbetween Xmas and New Year. Food and service excellent, but music rather loud and along with a large party sitting next to us meant we spent most of the evening shouting at each louder and the servers therefore increasing said noise level! Usually visit Smithdown place branch which is a much more relaxed and overall more enjoyable experience.
Really nice meal in lovely surroundings. Staff were excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone. The braised Ox cheek was my favourite. Will be back again soon
Great food and service. I was a little disappointed with the ambience and atmosphere in comparison to the Smithdown restaurant, which has more of a Mediterranean feel.
Food was brilliant and service was spot on. Love it in here! The place has a great vibe with cool music that adds to the overall experience too.
Cold inside - many people leaving there coats on to eat. It was a shame, with four of us eating the dishes also got cold fast as it was cold inside
I went with my Son to Neon Jamon and once again had a First Class dining experience. The food was great along with friendly, attentive service. Brilliant - Many Thanks - See you again soon! 🤓😋
Amazing food - reminded me of being in Spain. The staff were lovely. Service was so quick despite being new years eve. Would recommend 100%
Fantastic food although one dish did not arrive. Service did not seem up to usual standard tonight and plates and glasses took a good while to be cleared
Tasty food, I'd recommend ordering a few dishes and sharing to try a range of the menu. Friendly staff. The Nutella cheesecake was a delicious highlight! We all had a very nice evening.
The food here was lovely and reasonably priced. The service was good and the atmosphere was relaxing. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a nice evening out to a reasonable priced place.
Great food, wine and menu options, great service and nice surroundings and overall fantastic value for money. Would have no hesitation returning to Neon Jamon Berry Street.
Good food comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Been twice now, busy evenings, good value lunch deal two plates for £9. Nice pub round the corner, The Grapes for pre dinner drinks.
First time to Neon Jamon on Berry Street but have visited their other restaurant many times. It was very pleasing to find the food and atmosphere as good here .
Excellent service, great food, good ambience and would highly recommend. Stand out; staff fantastic and great food to share all plates ordered where good. Recommend the sardines +++++
Portions were big, food was tasty. Service was quick and attentive. The manchego and spinach croquettes were yummy. Sad we didn't get to try desserts because we were too full
Excellent food as always, The straw Fries are a favourite of mine. The spinach croquettes are also yummy. Very pleasant helpful staff, great music and reasonable prices.
Excellent service, great food, an all round good experience! Will definitely be back again - nice that you can now reserve tables in advance too!
Excellent, loved all of our food and drinks and really great and friendly, smiley staff. Really enjoyed our meals and night! Would definitely come again
Great service and lovely food. The sharing plates were great value for money and the waitress talked through all the various meats and cheeses with a great knowledge and passion.
Great Tapas restaurant. Exciting menu with lots of different options, great food and helpfull servers. Recomended if youd like to try something else while youre in Liverpool.
Food was lovely!! The cheese on the burgers was really strong though! But overall a lovely experience and I'd go again!! The staff where lovely and friendly
Fantastic food and great service. This is definitely my favourite restaurant. The branch in smithdown is also fab too! Lunchtime offer is even better value for money but worth every penny!
Food was ok not as good as previous visits. Restaurant was extremely cold, apparently the heating was on maximum but we still had to keep our coats on the whole time.
It was just fantastic service food everything atmosphere brilliant thank you neon jamon for a great evening we will be back soon t hanks again Jay
Friendly staff, great food. Nice atmosphere. Recommend for a small group of people who're after a relaxed night with good food and drink. Staff where very helpful.
Brilliant service, brilliant food. Can't recommend it enough. The chorizo, ribs and cheese were all fantastic. We also asked for a different table on arrival and they couldn't have been more accommodating.
The service was first class. Very friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal and the music in there good too. Best yapas restaurant we have ever been to.
We ate here mid week. The website advertised that our table would be available for 2 hours but we weren't made to feel at all rushed, and in the end stayed for longer than this. Lovely food and very friendly and prompt service
