Really nice place, great at suggesting food. So good, will definitely be going back for more
They were expecting us and we added another person to go to 7. All enjoyed our food. My lamb dansak and onion bhaji was very tasty. They didn’t hassle us at all. A great evening
Tremendous food - the dal bhat was very reminiscent of our time in Nepal and there were lots of Nepali-style dishes catering to the UK "curry house" palate.
Slower service than previously experienced at the restaurant. Food was cold to start.
Service was great, would go back, good central location for colston hall and o2 academy
Excellent service and lovely food. Will definitely go back again.
Has a very enjoyable meal with a friend. Food and service very good.
Great food and great service. I would recommend them to friends
Nice people and service, but unfortunately the food was very salty.
The restaurant phoned me inn the morning telling me they had a problem and could not supply meals that day. Disappointing. No reason, other than we have a problem
Food was tasty and customer service excellent. Slight issue with my starter, but it was replaced quickly and free of charge. Bill seemed reasonable as well.
Marvellous food in all aspects, great ambience and much attention from a lovely staff. We will go back certainly and tell friends etc. A real find hidden away in the centre of Bristol.
Nice food but dying business with poor front of house, atmosphere and service. It was empty when we went in and shame because the food was great. Would order take out from now on. They need to do some advertising and think about selling to people before a gig next door at o2 for example...
Six of us went for a Sunday evening meal. The restaurant was pretty quiet (which you would expect on a Sunday). The food was excellent and reasonably priced and the service was great. I'd more than happily go back again next time I'm in Bristol.
The best veggie Nepalese/Indian food, staff wonderful, atmosphere great. Love the traditional music and the incense. Great location next to O2 arena. Very Highly recommend.
Lovely food at a lovely price, good service too. Second time there and will return. Not many other people present but that is their loss.
Very nice ambience, excellent service and even better food. I can't fault the place. I'll be sure to return the next time I visit Bristol.
Nice food, reasonably priced and very polite and friendly service. Well recommend. Would definitely go again, the chicken momo starter was delicious! Reasonably priced drinks also for a central location.
The food was fabulous and staff very friendly and helpful. Recommend the Thali plate. Really good location for both 02 Academy and Colton Hall. Great!
Really nice place, with really nice food. The service was excellent! I will be back for sure as I would like to try more dishes from Nepal!
Food was average and the service. Not worth the price, plus the waiter/owner kept encouraging us to buy more which was unessessary as we left heaps of food.
Namaste restaurant is the most relaxing place in Bristol. The food is really good, the spices never hide the good taste of the meat. The chef does a great job. The owner of the restaurant is the nicest man ever. If I could i would come every week there!
Meat was tough as old boots didn't eat the dish no flavour and only got £5 off the bill restaurant was completely empty there's obviously a reason why
We received a warm welcome, had good service and the food was great - we'll definitely be going back and would recommend Namaste to anyone seeking good Nepali food.
Really long wait for food even though we told the staff several times we had to leave by a certain time. We allowed 2 hours which should be plenty of time to serve 5 people. Overpriced and disappointing food when it finally arrived.
The food was decent enough and the staff were very polite, however, it just took aaages to get served or noticed. Our drinks took about half an hour to arrive at which point we finally ordered, we were waiting ages to get the bill and then at least 10-15 mins after that to pay! Overall, we were there for 3 hours for a starter and a main and it wasn't rammed or anything. It was a nice enough place with alright food, but I think they let themselves down by how long it took to order/get drinks.
Outstanding food, good beer, lovely environment and great staff, everything you could want really. The taste and quality is fantastic. Cant wait to go back.
the food was excellent as always. Unfortunately I couldn't use my Taste Card because they have stopped this and have told you apparently on several occasions. However I didn't mind paying the full prices as the food and service is really good
superb food and service. would recommend wholeheartedly. a must visit if you are in bristol for the day or like us for the weekend. great.
Amazing restaurant with incredible food and service. The Nepalese beer Khukuri is worth going for alone. The food was cooked to perfection. This was our 2nd visit and it definitely won't be our last
The food was absolutely delicious, the service was great and all very reasonably priced. We had no complaints whatsoever. Much prefer Nepalese to Indian food, will definitely return!!
Food was excellent but the service was very slow. The place was not busy but it was over an hour from us walking in to getting our meal. Others seem to be taking a similar time. However, if you are not in a rush, the food was lovely.
The meal was fantastic, nice atmosphere and the service was very very good. The price was reasonable and the student discount was a big plus. Would recommend to anyone!
Good service, great food and huge portions, we couldn't finish our meals. Would eat here again when in town. Ideal if seeing a show at the O2 academy or Colston Hall as very close.
We were looking for somewhere to eat before going to the Colston Hall. We found lovely food, a welcoming atmoshpere and reasonable prices. Need I say more?
Excellent food and great service! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. I especially liked the Nepalese curries as a change to Indian dishes.
Excellent food, very friendly service, lovely venue in the centre of town. Really good value for money. Nice to try the Nepalese specialities, alongside all the typical Indian favourites. Highly recommended
Food was very tasty and some great nepalese option you won't find in a typical curry house. However, service was slow due to only one front of house staff member, to the point where orders were forgotten entirely. May have just been short that night or may be the norm.
