We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Nakhon Thai Restaurant. They were very accommodating for me as I came in with a wheelchair. The staff were very friendly and attentive. One negative, was they had no high chair for 2 year old.

Brilliant food and service. Very tasty and large portions!!! staff were very helpful and welcoming. My first trip there and it definitely won't be my last :)

A good option for dining when at an exhibition at ExCel. Better than average Thai food, good atmosphere, pleasant staff. Overall a good evening out.

I went at lunch time. Customer service was on point. Bubbly and fun waiter. Food was delicious especially the sea food dishes. On my booking i put in Birthday for the special requirement section so they added the birthday dessert to my order. They had the sparklers and candles and beautifully decorated plate of dessert with "Happy Birthday" inscription. Only downside is the fact that it was too quiet. Barely any other customers as they close at 2:30pm. I think this is more of an evening restaurant.

Friendly staff, great food. Wanted to sit outside, but they said it was too windy. When we came back in couldn't get a coffee. But they redeemed themselves with a free drink.

We booked the restaurant for our wedding anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. Upon arrival we were shown to our table overlooking the dockside by very attentive staff. The service was superb and the food was very well presented and very tasty. We mentioned to Sayed, who was one of the waiters, that it was our anniversary and at the end of our meal he presented us with a liquor on the house. I would recommend this restaurant if you are in London on business or pleasure.

The food here is delicious! Always cooked so well and full of flavour. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and is decorated in keeping with its Thai theme. The staff here are so friendly and attentive. This is defiantly one of my favourite restaurants! 10*

Delicious food. Friendly staff. Expensive but it was worth it definitely good for a special occasion. They had a couple of birthdays but it wasn’t noisy. Views are lovely over the docks too. Will be back.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, staff was lovely and did more than the bare minimum. Food was also made to a high standard, didn’t have to wait long to be served.

Overall food was good drinks non alcoholic were so so sweet we had do have both ours diluted with lemonade which they did for us. The food in its self was average nothing wow but portion size was brilliant. Service it’s self was good. Constantly checking if you are okay or anything needed. I think it’s a little expensive for what it actually is but one off thing it was okay.

We had some Amazing food (even though we ordered way too much) and it was in a great location. We both said that we needed to revisit in the summer so that we could potentially sit outside and take in more of the view. We also received some fantastic service.

The service was quick and friendly and the mood of the restaurant was good. Food was really nice. The only thing that could be improved is the time between our bill and being able to pay.

Food was great, nice entertainment on Valentine eve, but the waiters could have be more attendant. Also the tables for two was so close to each other, we didn’t have much romance, as we could hear every word or joke from persons sitting next to us from both sides..

Went out for a nice meal with partner which does not happen very much. I had great expectations as the reviews were good. The tables are too close together in this restaurant, the lady on the next table kept swearing. There were a few tables upstairs but they seated all the people together like sardines. I think this is probably the only restaurant in the area as there is not much there. They were busy and felt they needed more staff to cope. We waited quite a long time for the food. We ordered two platters but only one came. They did apologise for this. The food was average.

We had a nice welcome upon arrival. Extensive menu. However, we (3) people were a bit disappointed that the prawns / chicken / beef (we deliberately chose 3 different main dishes) appeared to be put into the sauce and not cooked in it. On a positive note, the rice was very nice.

Amazing food and even better service. Every dish we ordered (and there were quite a few) was delicious. Every single staff member was on top form all night. Friendly but professional. Would highly recommend.

We went to the Nakhon Thai to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The restaurant is in a beautiful setting and the staff were so welcoming and friendly, the food was excellent, we would especially recommend the Chefs special Crispy Duck also the Weeping Tiger. We could not recommend the restaurant highly enough.

this restaurant has a great atmosphere, and fabulous food. the staff were friendly there were 4 of us and we each chose a main course, along with 2 rice dishes and 1 dish of noodles found this to be plenty and we were all able to taste each dish. All in all a very pleasant experience, will definitely go again, when in the area.

Two of us enjoyed dinner at Nakhon Thai on a Thursday evening. This was our first visit, and we found a restaurant that had a genuinely Thai aroma. We sat at a small table upstairs, with a good view over the restaurant below. We were efficiently served with good typically Thai food by smiling friendly people! We chose the non vegetarian 4 course banquet which was varied and delicious.

The food was not as good as by other thai restaurants. Very expensive, but great view. Many dishes to choose from. The chicken is not very delicous, because it's cookes. You like it or hate it. We don't like the food there.

Good food well served but we found some impromptu entertainment by some of the other guests unnecessary and unwanted which should have been discouraged rather than encouraged. If I had wanted a belly dancer from The Middle East I would have gone to that style of restaurant. It was New Year’s Eve and put it down to that but I don’t think we were alone in our opinion. But it is a great Thai restaurant and it won’t stop us going on a more normal night.

I have visited many times and the food has never failed to satisfy. Views over the dock and the staff are very friendly and attentive.
