Good quality food and we enjoyed it as a family

First time eating here and was really tasty some unusual menu options free rise and chocolates on valentines day a lovely touch

This restaurant is consistently good, it does get very busy, therefore you do have to wait sometimes between courses. But given the quality of the freshly cooked food it is well worth waiting. Besides, when you are out with friends socialising I personally think it's a good thing. I can't speak highly enough of this restaurant, and think it's the best of its type in the surrounding areas.

Great food and very friendly staff. For Valentine day every woman received a red rose and a box of chocolates. Very nice.

Fabulous food, lovely staff and nice atmosphere. I would recommend it but don’t want too many people to discover it!!

The food was lovely as normal our table was booked for 7.15Pm and we never got served for 40 mins then never got served with our starters for another 45 mins then our main until 9.40 pm which everyone was fed up by then so not a great time people were walking out for how long to be served and food

Got ignored for 5 minutes when we walked in then got seated and waited another 20 minutes before we even got asked if we wanted a drink, the food did look nice from what I could see if it coming out to other tables but by this time we thought we’d be there waiting all night with the service we’d had so far so we got up and walked out.

Shocking service. Waited 2 1/2 hours for main. Food came cold.

Great first visit for us on my husbands birthday. Very generous in helping us celebrate a really nice touch. Food was excellent lamb was amazingly tender as was the goat, aubergine and okra fab to. Ambience nice but lighting a pretty bright for the 2 people tables and was a bit cold. Good pricing. Would definitely go again.

Great visit buffet is really good value on a Sunday, give you a chance to taste different dishes.

We arrived at 7.20 and decided to leave at 9.20 having had our starter but no main course. Felt that 2 hours was too long to wait and 9.30 too late to be eating mains. Shame as previous experience had been positive.
