Great overall, drinks could have done with being a bit quicker. Waited quite a while for water, food was good quality and staff very friendly

Went there for my mums birthday and was really impressed. Really nice food at good prices. It is all fresh and tastes lovely. We just got lots of small plates to share and I personally think 2 is fine with a side dish of rice. Good service and atmosphere.

Great service with spectacular food. Tapas style Japanese with amazing flavours. Staff were attentive, portion size was adaquate, we over ordered and went home stuffed!

We had beautiful food, with a great selection of cocktails. The staff were helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend and will certainly will revisit.

Staff all very friendly and accommodating to the requests we had. (Iced-Latte) Could not do more for us. Would like to thank them all for a great evening. Will be coming back again!

The food and drinks where really good and having been here before knew I liked the place. However I was disappointed on this occasion as we were seated upstairs which is decorated more like a takeaway noodle shop than a restaurant so the cool ambient you get downstairs was instantly lost. The thing that annoyed me the most was the fact it took nearly an hour for the food to arrive after ordering, and it didn't come until after I complained. Now the place was busy so I could understand it taking longer, but seeing all those around who in some cases sat down up to half an hour after we did get their food before us. It undoubtedly felt as if we had been forgotten about.

Great food, cool decor and the old fashioned cocktail was a real highlight! Very friendly staff too. We will definitely come back and bring our friends!

Great food, service and atmosphere! We have been trying to go for weeks but without a reservation, this place is always busy. We went on a Sunday evening when it is a little quieter but still has a great vibe. We will definitely be going back!

Absolutely fabulous food. We had several dishes from all sections of the menu. However it is served in a tapas style so not always ideal for groups wanting separate meals and not to share. Was not s problem for us...Delicious cocktails, glorious atmosphere!

The food was really good and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The food is a bit like tapa style so order as much as you can.

Loved the deco of the restaurant very cosy and distinctive. The staff were very attentive and helpful taking time out to explain the menu and make recommendations. Whilst the food was incredible, seemed to me an unique take on Asian food which was all mouth wateringly delicious. Really loved the tapas approach as well as you can try lots of different dishes I particularly enjoyed the tempura prawns and the pork belly bao bun. I thought really reasonable priced as well. Will definitely go back.

Usually love this place, but we were really disappointed with our experience on Boxing Day. Our table booking was at 7.30 and by 9pm the waitresses were rushing us out, collecting our glasses (with plenty of wine and water still in them) as they clearly wanted to close up shop. Had we known they wanted to close early we would have happily moved our booking to an earlier time so that this didn't happen. Also, and I know this is rather pretentious, but we ordered a bottle of wine and when we asked for another bottle we were told they didn't have any left and that we'd had the last bottle. Having worked as a waitress myself they really should have let us know that when we ordered the first bottle. When we asked for a different one that was pretty similar to the first, we were again told that they didn't have any. The food was just as good as usual but the experience has made me question whether I'll go again.

Fsbulous food, lovely staff, we were greeted, seated, served drinks, didn't wait to give our order, food didn't take long to arrive and it was so delicious. Overall a fantastic experience.

The food is outstanding. Every course fabulous. Beef taco, black pig gyoza, blackened cod and brownie spring rolls stand out dishes. Staff attentive. Brilliant seats. Go to mister myagi. Recommended it 100 percent

Everything about the restaurant from customer service to the food and drinks was outstanding we will be going back soon the cocktails and sake are a must

Pleasant environment. Good cocktail. Crabs balls were cool and 'meh' but tempura prawn very good. The black cod with Samurai fries and Asian greens was very tasty.

Amazing all round..... food outstanding, lovely place great atmosphere, staff friendly and attentive and drinks are fantastic !!!! 10/10 can't fault it! Highly recommend !

Overall had a great time. We were made aware that the food would not come out all at once but some of the extras came when all of the food had been cleared away.

Booking online easy and efficient. Greeted at door and our table preferences had been noted and accommodated. Server prompt but gave us time to make choices and offered advice re the menu. Service then efficient but not rushed. Great atmosphere. Food delicious. We look forward to returning soon.

very good service with a great choice of dishes. maybe a little too pricey for the small portions that you get but the quality is second to none. highly recommended.

We arrived early and although the restaurant was busy we were shown straight to our table, the waitress was very helpful in guiding us through the menu, the food as always was excellent.

Really nice meal, very attentive and friendly waiting staff. A little overpriced for tapas type food though. My husband hadn't really tried Japanese food before and he loved it as it was so different. I would recommend and go back.

We had a great night, food was delicious and didn't come out too quick which gave us the right amount of time to get through the dishes! The service was fab will be back soon! Special mention to the live singer he really added to the night was fantastic

Nice food but a little over priced for what you get. The chicken katsu curry is disappointing compared to how it used to be served but the tuna loin and veg tempura are very nice.

Change in menu from last year- nice new dishes but very expensive for the size. Good service but wouldn't return with the current menu and prices.

Staff, venue and atmosphere are spot on. The menu has sadly been changed and is nowhere near as good as the old one....bring back the laksa!

The only thing stopping it getting full marks was that we waited so long for service to order dessert at the very end of the meal that we decided against it and just got the bill. Shame as we really wanted to try the brownie spring roll, but it was near impossible to get anyone's attention once it got a bit busier

Food ok, Tempura,cod and Korean chicken good.Music too loud.Had to wait 20 minutes for table even though restaurant not busy. Luckily the waitress who served us was excellent. Front of house staff not organised.

Restaurant was very busy. Our table wasn't ready when we arrived so we had a drink upstairs where there were plenty of empty tables! Ended up eating upstairs. Staff were very helpful and the food was tasty however the rice didn't arrive until the very end of the meal when we had eaten everything else.

It's a tapas setup, and every meal we picked was delicious. The décor is beautiful, evoking a Japanese speakeasy in the 30s. Waiting staff were incredibly friendly, and one thing I must recommend; get the Around The Campfire dessert; it's pretty special.

Both food and service is fantastic every time! Delicious selection of Asian food, with excellent cocktails and service to boot. Bao buns are always amazing!

Ramen is over cook and tasteless. It seem to me the cook don't know how to cook a decent Japanese food. The food is warm. The atmosphere is bad. Not recommended.

Great food in a wonderful setting. Staff are amazing, really explain the menu and say it with such passion and feeling. Our waitress was Jennifer, an assett to Mayagi. The camp fire dessert was just amazing.

Lovely place! Amazing food and great cocktails, added bonus of jazz singer adding to an already great atmosphere! Recommend the japeneese stilleto cocktail and chilli beef taco!
