Excellent food and good service at a fair price. Only grouch is that the place is very noisy - acoustic tiles needed in ceiling to sop up some of the sound.

Lovely customer service & tasty food. Menu is well balanced & doesn't overwhelm with too many choices. The Chocolate mousse & La vie en rose cocktail was delicious!

I have been to Melange many times and always enjoy it. The food is excellent and very good service. It is a busy place with a good ambience.

Friendly, relaxed but attentive. Went out of their way to accommodate vegan son. Food was delicious and filling - non vegan kids had pancakes which were yummy!

The food as always was delicious but the service was rather slow and haphazard, which was surprising given it was a Sunday evening and the restaurant was quiet. Hopefully this was just a ‘one off’. We will certainly return.

Food was lovely and the staff were pleasant and helpful, as always. However, "golden" beetroot salad was red , albeit delicious. The ambience was tranquil.

The set meal is great value for money - 2 courses for £13 and 3 for £15. The food is excellent quality and the service was brilliant. I'll definitely be returning.

The service was great , the food was okay my chicken was over cooked , and crab starter had too much mayonnaise. The potatoes gratin was slightly undercooked

We enjoyed our evening the food was tasty ans well presented. The portions were small for some dishes in comparison with others, these small portions were the large pasta and pecan pie. The restaurant was busy so service was a little slow.

Excellent food and excellent service. The waiting staff were very attentive without being overbearing and although the restaurant was very busy we didn't feel in any way pressured for our table.

Three of us went for Sunday lunch, and enjoyed excellent Barramundi, Goat cheese and black sesame icecreams, both specials of the day. Friendly and efficient service. Cannot fault!

We love Melange. The staff are always very attentive and the food is always lovely. Wonderful breakfast, lunch or dinner. I have always enjoyed the good. They do wonderful Pan seared scallops , crispy calamari. The steak is also wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Ten friends celebrated my birthday at Melange yesterday. The food, service and atmosphere were all great. We all said that we would be returning .

Thursday night is steak night. We hadn't remembered when we booked. Very good quality meat and perfectly cooked. The meal came with fries which were lovely and a bottle of house wine. Service was excellent so all in all we had a great evening and will definitely go back. Cant recommend the restaurant highly enough.

Lovely staff, great food, cute atmosphere. Only problem was the parking so make sure you plan ahead before going. I will defenitly be returning in the future!

Food was good - We had the Bruschetta - the mozarella was a bit too cold but otherwise nicely done. Plenty of choice for vegetarians - staff are very friendly. Will go back

I eat here perhaps every six weeks and usually have the same thing as usual the Steak and Frites were excellent, the apple tart a delight. Service was a little slow but the restaurant was full. It has a lively buzzy atmosphere which I like.

I've been there many times and the service and food is never less than excellent. Terrific menu and a very good wine list. Nice bistro type atmosphere.

The location is good, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is perfect. It's pretty. As for food, it's beautiful and tasty. Much better than expected.

Lovely meal at Melange last night. We were initially shown to a table towards the rear of the restaurant, close to the kitchen and toilets - which was very hot! It was a lovely evening so we asked to be moved to the front part of the restaurant which was lighter and airy with the open front - and they accommodated our request immediately. Food was delicious - we started with tuna carpaccio x 2 (one of the specials), tiger prawns and chicken liver pâté. Followed by fish stew x 2, rib eye steak and a fillet steak. All were really tasty - I had the fillet and it was one of the nicest pieces of meat I've had for a long time. None of us had room for puddings! With a bottle of pinot and several peronis, the bill came to around £40 a head, quote reasonable I think. Our only comment would be that the round tables which seat four get rather cramped when food arrives, especially once bread, side orders, wine coolers, water and glasses etc add to the mix! Service was very good, all staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Melange is a great restaurant providing a good choice of food at very reasonable prices and friendly service, we will be going back again soon.

Always a lovely meal at Melange and relaxed and happy staff make the atmosphere very nice. Will go again. Have already been many times. Breakfast very good too!
