Marley's Brasserie & Lounge - Hornchurch

Food was reasonably priced and very tasty - wasn't expecting a service charge to be added to the bill though. £10 is extortionate and there was only 2 of us, so there wasn't much service/waiting to be done! Other than that would recommend.

Delicious food , lovely atmosphere and great staff. Really recommend.

We visited Marley's on 19/04/23 for our daughter's 16th birthday. We couldn't fault anything - the food was lovely, service was great and will defiantly come back.

Food was ok, overpriced for what it was. Service was not good. Felt rushed. Waitresses were miserable and were not very attentive. Felt like they didn’t want us there and was just trying to get rid of us for the next table. Didn’t give us much time to think about what we wanted. The food was served extremely quickly but had to try and get servers attention all the time to ask for anything like extra drinks or sauces etc. was quite surprised as had seen good reviews. Maybe they was having an off night but it was a bit of a let down for my daughters birthday.

The food was nice, however most of the waiters made me and my friends feel uncomfortable as two young girls were looking at us and talking the whole time, also one of the young woman took a tip which was meant to be given back as change as they did not deserve it.

Will be returning. Food was beautifully cooked as my hubby is fussy how he has his steak but the rib eye was cooked to perfection and no fatty bits. Staff were very polite and attentive.

Amazing food and service on our doorstep. We just love Marley’s, whether it’s brunch or dinner. The flavours are to die for! The staff are so attentive, Bethany looked after us the whole time, excellent service!

A little gem in Hornchurch. First experience of an early evening meal there today after having several breakfasts there. Never disappoints. Great food, reasonably priced, great attentive staff and always a nice atmosphere. Another satisfied customer 👏👏

We started with hot drinks as it was freezing outside. Coffee was excellent. We ordered the seabass, a pasta dish and a classic burger and all three very tasty and great quality. We will be back.

It took very long for the drinks to arrive, in fact the food arrived first … the sea bass was nice but the mash did not taste like fresh mash

Lovely place! Really great service - friendly & accommodating plus speedy. Menu is great, something for everyone. The decor is Essexy but not OTT! Good foliage! Good cocktail list also and not expensive.

the only issue was tables were a little close to each other; we could have been a table of 4 not 2 which is a little off putting

Food was good but staff were rude. We had the table until 8 which was fine but from 7.40 they continually harassed us to leave and several times thrust the card machine at us to pay interrupting our conversation despite us asking for a few minutes. Felt really rushed they even moved our table whilst we were still sitting there. Not good customer service at all.
