Food was good but I do think the waiting staff need more experience. One boy was particularly good in that he knew how to serve prosecco correctly. One girl was particularly bad. And one young lady commented that I had "glitter all over me and that would be her nightmare " Not what you want to hear from waiting staff on your birthday night out. I'd go again but maybe in 6 months when the staff are more experienced.

Came with two friends, a first visit for all of us, had a lovely evening, food was excellent and reasonably good value, music a little loud as a few big groups in there and lots of loud chatting to be heard above music but no real problem. Service was a little slow but understandable as they were really busy, again not a real problem. Lovely pleasant staff

My fourth time in Marley’s. Food is always the best and such a wonderful atmosphere in there. My favourite Hornchurch restaurant!

Love the decor very nice didn’t think much of the prawn starter prawns very chewy and the batter on the squid was falling of but the mains was very nice will come back for brunch

First time to Marleys. Nice food but prices tend to fluctuate a lot. The choc bombé dessert is far cheaper in the prestigious Ivy and at £11.90 is extortionate. The waiting staff are enthusiastic and pleasant but need training as to table etiquette as nobody should be collecting your plates whilst others at the table are still eating. It is so rude and what you would expect in a cafe. The overall experience is pleasant. I think it is ok, but needs a bit of fine tuning. My coffee was boiling hot, just as I like it, but my husband said his burger was cold. All a bit hit and miss.

I booked for a dinner with 2 other friends. This was the first time we had visited and it did not disappoint. The service was really good and they were all really friendly and the food was amazing. We were not rushed and were able to finish our drinks and chat when we had finished our food. We will def be back.

Had an amazing evening at Marley’s with friends. Service was great, food was lovely and the whole atmosphere of the restaurant was electric. Everyone appeared to be having a fabulous time. Already planning our next visit.

The staff were lovely and great with my little one. I was worried that it might not be too child friendly, but I had nothing to worry about (we were there for brunch). The decor was lovely and the food was fresh, tasty and presented well. I look forward to going back.
