They were really friendly and always assist you with a smile. Overall great service.
Everything else was top class. Had a brilliant time. only that i was recommended the railway express lamb dish but was a little overwhelming with a particularly spice. The bread/roti could have been wrapped up to stay warm. The roti was splendid, could eat it on it's own.
Food is so delicious and waiter are nice and efficient
Probably the closest you would get to authentic Indian food in London. Need to improve the ambience
It was fantastic dinner! My colleague who used to live the neighborhood recommended Manjal.
We had a vegetarian dinner... Tried many items.. Taste rating: 1. Gobi 65 4.5/5 2. Paneer tikka (tandoori) - 5/5 portion 3 pc 3. Indo chilli planner - 3/5 (sauce was little sweet - not the usual Tom ketchup stuff. Good one) 4. Cheese naan and garlic naan (5/5) 5. Vegetable bhuna (3.5/5) 6. Paneer tikka masala (3.5/5) 7. Bhindi masala dry - (4.5/5) 8. Vegetable biryani - (4/5) 9. Vegetable fried rice (4.5/5) 10. Taste of India dessert platter (carrot halva - 5/5, rasamalai - 3.5/5(less sweet), gulab Jamison (4/5), phirni (1/5) Portion (3.5/5) Cost (3.5/5) bit pricey may be because it is canary wharf (location) Overall satisfaction (4/5)
We really enjoyed everything about this restaurant and shall be returning.
Great location Courteous staff Food was ok, with the exception of the Korma everything else just had too much chilli in. Food on expensive side for what it was.
Good food and drinks and good ambience- nice visit overall
Food was way too spicy and I’m Indian ! Not worth for a weeknight
Recommended for best food, service, staff and environment. Happy all.
The devil lambbbbb, just can't get enough of it. Brilliant food, thank you guys!
Same standard as used too. Brilliant food and good service. Keep up the good work guys, thank you.
Another good experience with great food and good service. Many thanks!
Great food, great service, great location!! Authentic Indian food at the highest level
Loved the food.. highly recommend for spicy Asian food lovers
Service was very slow and there seemed to be only one waiter taking orders. There seemed to have communication issues amounts themselves. I haven’t visited in a year and the superb food is now past tense, butter chicken lacked flavor ,devils lamb flovour was awful, the prawn curry was okay though. At the end we were rushed, we asked for our bill and the server said “Its good because the next booking is there already. Booking was from 6pm ended at 7:30. Will not be returning.
Very nice food and good service overall good experience loved it
Thank you again and keep up the good work. See you next time!

Best Indian food in London. Always love it when here
Amazing food and irreproachable service. We had a lovely time.
Over all it was good but have had better food here before so expected more.
Fantastic meal and great service. Had the street food starter which was so tasty and different. Can highly recommend
Sam and all the chaps at Manjal treated us very well. They knew we were short on time and kept all wait down to a minimum. The food was really nice - tasty - and served efficiently and in a very friendly manner. Couldn't have been happier!
One of the best aces around Canary wharf for authentic Indian food
absolutely dreadful, service was atrocious, my order was wrong twice, i will never go there again
Great Food, Nice Location and Friendly Staff. One stop for Authentic Indian dishes . Will visit again. Thanks
We where one of 5 tables when we arrived and staff where very slow, finally got a drink, should have ordered more as they never came back tonask if we wanted another. Ordered 2 curry’s 1 each and only one arrived, had to ask for other curry which they then went and cooked. my dish that was ment to be mild was hotter than my partners and that was a extra hot curry, could not eat mine so Did ask why mine was so hot and got told that’s what Indian is, nonoffer to replace or refund. Would not recommend this place
Very nice restaurant with helpful staff. They guided our culinary experience. When they say that a dish is spicy, they should be taken seriously :)
Excellent service, birthday cake given for free, nice touch x
This restaurant turned us away on valentine's day due to us bringing our 6month old baby. Shocking unremorseful behaviour. Went to Mala Indian restaurant and was welcomed with open srms.
Half of the Veg starter items were unavailable. otherwise the service was great
Wonderful, delicious, perfect. Traveling for work and staying in Canary Wharf. Was craving Indian food and the menu looked great. Had Aloo Gobi with rice and garlic naan and masala tea. I’ll be back during my visit.
Food and service were very good. Booking through Quandoo was not picked up so we didn't have a table reserved and had to show the proof of booking to get one.
Horrible service. Never will turn up again to this branch. To much attitude among the employees shown. Was lot better with previous team. Then you
Tried Manjal for the first time and was impressed. Nice combination of traditional Indian favourites but also some interesting new dishes and styles of cooking. The location by the dock is pleasant and would be even nicer in the summer months. Portion sizes were fine in my opinion and as things Ike the water were free of charge it didn’t make for an expensive evening. For anyone in Canary Wharf or the isle of Dogs looking for an Indian with a difference I would recommend trying Manjal.
Once again food and service were brilliant. let's hope you guys will keep up the same standard for 2019. Not sure if the chef is different but the devil's chops where hotter than usual, was gasping for air :) Keep up the good work guys!
Excellent food and service. Cuisine is south Indian and we particularly enjoyed the sharing starter with fish chicken and lamb in it.Can highly recommend the southern railway curry...absolutely delicious
Very average , and expensive for what it was, no atmosphere , just dull. would not go their again. We are part of Biggin Hills Curry club, and the Manjal dose not make it on our list of to visit restaurants.
Great food. Lovely setting. The service was a bit muddled but the place was busy. Good value for money and a recommended eatery. I would definately revisit
Great food and very friendly staff, all of the people within our party enjoyed the atmosphere the location is ideal for the DLR. We will make sure we visit there again.
Food is quite good, We especially liked vegetarian food, The breads and curries are quite close to India taste and one of the best indian joints in the area.
Nice place.. Less spicy food although can be customized if asked for. Warm ambiance. Would surely go sometime sooner again over here. Good for small events
