My favourite restaurant in Liverpool! Atmosphere was so good! Can’t complain at all. Had food and drinks in the downstairs at the back. Food was amazing as it always is! Girl behind the bar was so polite and helpful!

We were visiting for the weekend and decided to eat here. It was a family run restaurant which had a lovely atmosphere to it! Food was unreal and very good value for money. Would defiantly go again if we were to visit the city again.

Need more staff and we felt like sardines in a tin , felt sorry for the manager that had too deal with some right idiots

Host was great, cocktail was lush, but there were flies and unfortunately food was not good at all, mushrooms tasted off, burger overloaded with melted cheese, I mean we like cheese but couldn’t even pick burger up, calamari was rubbery and nachos overloaded with cheese again couldn’t even get to actual nachos, our food was wasted, is ashame we returned to the Manhattan as we had been before when visiting Liverpool I like to try new places but because first experience was so good we came back again, I didn’t raise issues at the restaurant nor do I ever leave a negative review it on trip advisor but as this request came through I though I would highlight behind the scenes so maybe you can improve and not lose customers. The fault is on the kitchen the host is was made it okay he is really good

We had a table booked for 15:15 for our Anniversary, turned up at 15:00 . It doesn’t open till 16:00 , what a let down. We have never been before, we will not go again 🤬

Rude staff. Tables most definitely not 2m apart, practicality sitting on each other’s knee. Cocktails came in a smaller glass each time despite being the same drink. However food was nice. Used to visit here all the time but haven’t been in a few years, gone massively down hill. Would not revisit.

Food wasn’t the best had to send back to the kitchen and a new one provided. Feel as soon as we finished our meal the bill was placed in front of us there was no option to order more drinks it’s as if they wanted us gone. For this reason I won’t be returning

The staff were so welcoming polite and followed all the safety rules, food was absolutely gorgeous and the whole place was just a lovely atmosphere definitely be coming here again!! First time out since having my baby in lockdown and it was made to be the nicest time!!

Short staffed, busy and loud at one point, but very good food and we understand the 50% off will drive bookings in so we were fine with the waits and the loudness for that reason.
