Lovely atmosphere - our first visit but not the last!

Had not been for a long time but will visit again soon. Excellent!!

We had the Lunch for Less menu which was excellent and real value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great time.!

An excellent meal in a very special place for another 'significant' birthday. Memories of many previous celebratory visits with much loved and missed friends, and when dear Imogen was there. We raised our glasses to them all. X

Excellent service, good ambiance and quality of food. Only criticism was that the chairs in the lounge area were past their best!

Enjoyable birthday meal for my husband that included a very unusual and unexpected vine tomato soup with more than a nod to the spices of India! Delicious guinea fowl and sorbets and a fascinating range of cheeses.

An excellent meal in a beautiful setting albeit better WiFi to facilitate card payments might smooth things out a little

The whole evening was exceptional. The combination of flavours and textures in each course were wonderful. A very special experience.

We only booked the day before Easter Sunday, but they were able to fit us in and we had a lovely lunch in the conservatory which was good as it was a very sunny hot day!

Wonderful country house atmosphere and very relaxed. We could have stayed around on the lawn afterwards all afternoon.

My husband and I had a fantastic overnight stay at Langar Hall. The food (a set menu for Good Friday) was absolutely delicious and the service exemplary. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite and we loved staying in the Agnew chalet in the beautiful gardens. We will definitely return.

A very good quality, good value lunch in beautiful surroundings.

Our visit was ruined by appalling customer service. Having spent £100 on lunch we left feeling disgusted at the way we were spoken to by an extremely rude member of staff. Will not return. I emailed to express our distress at how appalled we were at our treatment and Langar Hall did not even have the courtesy to reply.

This experience was faultless. A beautiful building, amazing food and impeccable service. Literally perfect, thank you so much!

Langar Hall always consistently good. We've been revisiting for over 20 years since our wedding took place at Langar in September 1999. Lila, Imogens daughter is delightful and brings a vibrancy to beautiful Langar Hall moving forward. She's a credit to her late Grandmother!

Maybe Valentines is particularly busy and so staff are brought in and under pressure. But it was weird to be referred to more than once as "Gents" - we are clearly a conventional hetero couple.

Great evening, superb food, as always. Warm and welcoming reception upon arrival, followed up by excellent, unobtrusive service.

Lovely lunch and service was good but we were the only table. Coffee was disappointing as far to strong and served in cups rather than the usual cafeteria. Neither of us could drink it. However, when we complained it was deducted from the bill.
