Great food and wine list. The perfect spot in an otherwise limited culinary landscape. Think squid ink rice, seasonal carpaccio & biodynamic Pinot noir. The veggie offering is broad & delicious but for those with a more carnivorous appetite the boar cheek is melt in mouth. Gin lovers are also well looked after as one would hope from an authentic Spanish joint. While the decor is snug, reputation is well earned & booking vital.
Great food. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend the chorizo, grilled vegetables and patatas bravas. I have eaten here many times, and it's always a great experience.
Once again a lovely evening out. Many places lose their way somewhat on Valentine's Day but not La Fabrica. Used to being busy, busy there was no difference in the quality of the food or the service. Excellent - thanks. Will be back again.
Fantastic food and wine, friendly and knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere. Everything tasted delicious and was beautifully presented, Finished off with the best espresso martini I've tasted.
Really nice ambiance, busy without being too loud. Good choice of tasty tapas, some better than others. Service good on the whole but a bit 'distracted' as the place got busy.
Food was tasty and flavoursome - we particularly liked the seafood tapas and my daughter loved the steak. The paella is also fabulous. Wine was good but a little on the pricey side, with a limited range by the glass (and no carafe option anymore). Service was faultless and very friendly - nothing was too much trouble. We have visited 4 times now and I would certainly go again. This is a great addition to the area: Recommended!
Wonderful food for an affordable price! The service was amazing and the staff was extremely tentative and helpful. The decor of the restaurant itself was tasteful with an enjoyable atmosphere. Will be returning soon...
Our experience at La Fabrica was very good. This place has a charming and welcoming atmosphere, food is great as well as the attitude of people working here. My colleagues were extremely satisfied. Thanks!
Excellent food, friendly service and great atmosphere. While it has a modern vibe to it, you can certainly feel heavy influences of traditional Spanish cuisine. This is probably the best tapas place in north London.
Great restaurant, improving all the time, friendly staff and great tasting tapas. Very interesting wine list and restaurant fits in well with the stylish local area. Calamari was particularly tasteful along with the parrillada de verduras
The best tapas place outside of Andalusia, great wine, great cheese and most of all, great staff. We go here atleast once a week and have for a few years now and enjoy it more and more every single time
we had a lovely dinner for my birthday. My octopus was a little burnt but apart from that it was great as always. Thanks again la fabrica
Atmosphere and drinks were good - food not incredible but was nice. Good selection of dishes - iberica pork v good. Staff very friendly. Good g&t.
Great food and service. Gave us a more expensive bottle of Prosecco for the same price as the cavalry they'd run out of. Definitely recommend!
Lovely experience as always. This place meets any expectations and I will go there again and again! Thanks a lot for the welcoming and pleasant atmosphere!
Amazing dishes. So tasty. The steak was out of this world. Everything we tasted was first class, and delivered efficiently without being too fast. Loved it!
Delicious food, creatively presented. Great friendly service, not at all intrusive but there when you need them. Lovely ambience with tables not too close together. We will definitely be back!
Bench seats are hard and screws tight-rippingly sharp but food is strikingly well-flavoured - the special spicy roasted vegetables were amazing. Drinks more than averagely priced, I thought, but a very good wine selection. Very enjoyable evening.
Lovely tapas and reasonably priced. Really liked that they staggered when they brought them out all well. Good atmosphere as was quite busy but still received lovely service.
Always great tapas and informed staff, we keep coming back. Always great tapas and informed staff, we keep coming back. Always great tapas and informed staff, we keep coming back.
Great food and good sized portions. Our favourites were the churros and tomato bread. Always enjoy our meals here and look forward to going back.
The quality of the food was not better than average. Ambiance and service were good. Not value for money as prices are disproportionate to the quality. Potatoes tasted of poor quality cooking oil.
Great authentic food great staff best Tapas in North London. I have been now for the 6th time and everything I only gets better. Harry
Friendly staff and delicious, healthy food. Stylish restaurant. The gin menu is extensive and imaginative. Really buzzy atmosphere and unusual tapas. Went on a busy Friday night and service was excellent.
Great vibe and delicious food! I think we over indulged a bit as well!! The staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Recommend for a nice date, or for small groups wanting a nice dinner
Slow service. Dishes came a few at a time with long gaps. Overpriced and poor quality food. 😟 I will not be going there again.
Such lovely casual taps food and well pitched service, in a low key atmosphere. Our group of five had a very positive evening. Thanks team
Dinner for a group of 14. Impressive food and great wine selection. Staff were on-hand to recommend and talk you through the wines. Overall the service was fantastic!
Dinner with friends at La Fabrica was extremely enjoyable. The food delicious, the service attentive, efficient and friendly, the surroundings pleasant and welcoming and the overall experience thoroughly satisfying! A winner in every respect.
Great experience as always! This place always offers a lovely service and food is amazing. I love visiting La Fabrica with my friends and family and I do that, at least, twice a month!
Can't rate this place highly enough, the only issue being that i need to go on a diet after every time i waddle home from visiting!
Great food.. nice ambience. Friendly staff and very attentive. Definitely great for family or intimate parties. FANTASTIC!!! Good location and easy to find. Highly recommend !
Great atmosphere and great food. The wine and cheese selection is spot on. I come here frequently with my boyfriend because we love it so much.
Amazing food, excellent quality/price and the service is very professional and quick. The waiters are very nice- The tapas with meat and cheese was delicious and camembert or tortillas de patatas
Pleasant but unexceptional. Portions weren't particularly generous, particularly the octopus which was barely one tentacle! At £60 for two, this was on the pricey side too.
We had dinner here on Friday after having walked passed it many times and it always appealing to us. The vibe and atmosphere is lovely however I was disappointed with the food. We ordered 6 tapas and I do understand that they come when they are ready but it would have been nicer if they arrived around the same time. Instead we finished one before the next one came and thus didn't get that nice tapas experience where you eat a bit here and a bit there... The bottles of wine were very expensive - cheapest one being £24. All in all an average experience and I don't think I will go again.
Have been here a number of times and have always found the staff to be very friendly and the food great. Excellent selection of gins and knowledgable wine waiter. One of the dishes was a bit tepid but everything else was fine.
We had a great night, the staff were attentive & the food was amazing. Can't wait to go there again! Best tapas in north London.
A lovely restaurant. A very ta Crianza 2008 to start with. We didn't know if we'd have food but after the delicious almost sweet, tangy olives we ordered a few tapas. The stuffed courgette were lovely. If I had to identify anything to improve it would be that not enough wine options were available by the glass and only small glass sizes were available. Also, all the waiters/waitresses asked us if we needed anything. Very attentive and certainly not forgotten but not sure why we didn't just have one waiter for our table. Very friendly anyway.
La Fabrica has friendly staff with really tasty food and a lovely wine selection. I will definately go again to try more of the menu!
I love this restaurant and the scallops and boar cheek are delicious. Attentive staff, full of customers and had a delicious sherry at the end of the meal.
Each dish was over priced by 50p to a £. The wine was really expensive with no cheaper house wine. Very basic seating for such an expensive place. Food okay sent some back for being cold.
the only negative is that we had to leave at 9am. when we booked we were never told that we had to leave by a certain time
THe food was good (if slightly on the expensive side) the problem was that the heating system was broken and so the restaurant was cold - I would have thought that the owner could have invested in a couple of fan heaters for an emergency such as that!! The staf were excellent and provided very good service. However, because of the prices it is not a place to go to for an ordinary night-out as there are many as good (and some even better) places in the immediate vicinity.
Great service and excellent food. I had a lovely night with some friends and I will certainly go back to this place that is now on my list! :)
Beautiful food and friendly service. The best tapas I have had in London. Completely affordable too. Make sure you book ahead as the restaurant is really busy!
Excellent and friendly with a nice atmosphere but thought the food wasn't as good as Escocesa in Stoke Newington Church which is similarly priced. Scallops a bit overcooked, the octopus didn't taste of much, the batter was rather heavy on the aubergines etc but still enjoyed our meal. Wine rather pricey at £23.00 as the cheapest option for a bottle of Picpoul.
Excellent food; slow service. Recommended. Varied and interesting menu for both food and drinks. Food was well presented and very tasty. Nice ambiance. Difficult to fault to be honest. Even the prices are reasonable.
A small snack for two - patatas bravas, Aubergine with sugar cane honey and the sea bass special - followed by the churros and an espresso martini. Couldn't fault it. Excellent value and good advice on wine matching the food.
Food is really, really good and on a par or better than a number of more expensive, central London equivalents. General atmosphere is lively and having the bar seating helps with that. Service isn't 100% brilliant especially in terms of getting drinks (at 7.30pm as well) but is friendly. Main criticism is that in the back area there are a few too many tables which makes sitting down a sometimes interesting assault course. This combines with the modern fit-out to mean that you are not just sharing food with your partner but also sharing a number of conversations from your neighbours, who are closer than they could be.
