The food was lovely and the lady that runs the reception area was awesome however the rest of the service was poor and then we got charged 10% for the privilege. The lady from reception had to ensure we were served as we had sat there for sometime without even a drinks order being taken. Then I’d finished my drink and at no point was I given the opportunity to order another. Once we had finished our food I had to ask for the bill before we had even had our plates removed as we had waited for quite some time. Also the staff had no real character and just grunted when I asked for the bill. Food yes! Venue yes! Staff not so much. Sorry x

Food 10/10 Lots staff but wasn’t offered another’s drink and did sit for while with dirty plates but wouldn’t put me off as good was incredible And don’t agree with automatic service change think staff should earn a tip x

Good food, but 2 out of 9 mains arrived 10 minutes later than the others! Expensive but large portions. The two sittings feels very crowded. Good atmosphere, but very loud. Ignored our booking mentioning a birthday yet celebrated others. Good, but expected better.

Really enjoyed the evening with the family, Restaurant looks fantastic, staff are very helpful and food was very good, will definitely be go back there.

Restaurant very busy and noisy but the atmosphere was great. Food was excellent and portions were big. The waiter was very polite and attentive. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful decor nice food, however so so noisy the acoustics made it difficult to speak to people at the table! So many birthday celebrations where the music was amplified even more! Not happy with added gratuity charge for table of 4.

Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Food is amazing, big portions and delicious. Atmosphere is modern style and beautiful. We had a birthday celebration there and all our guests were amazed how much fun we had with in the restaurant due to the staffs playing light harted pranks and making jokes. 10/10 very much recommend and will visit again. 👍

This is my 2nd visit and won't be my last. Friendly, efficient staff, lovely clean restaurant, and nice atmosphere. Plenty of space between tables so although it is a large restaurant, it is not noisy. The food is well cooked and tasty, the meat just melts in the mouth. Highly recommended.

Waited quite a while to get drinks. Food was lovely but main course arrived whilst we were still eating our starter. Staff because quite rude when I asked for service charge to be removed. I won't be back.
