The food was average but the worst part was the staff were so unorganised. They had so much staff and it wasnt too busy either but everyone was running around like headless chickens. We kept needing to chase up on the status of order. The Paella was amazing... but shame about the service :(

The waitresses just didn't know our orders and kept bringing the wrong food which was frustrating and resulted in us waiting 45 mins for our main

This was an ok restaurant. Food was standard, but the ice cube in my drink had a strand of hair in it. The waiter did apologise and give me another drink. Staff seemed inattentive but atmosphere was ok.

Food was lovely as usual, but service was a bit slow (even though very friendly). We had a large table of 15 people and drinks were forgotten, dirty dishes left on the table for quite a while and one paella arrived way later than the others (even though they were all ordered at the same time). Overall good experience because the food was very good and would definitely come back!

Delicious Spanish tapas. Reasonable prices. Good central location with outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Fairly good selection of tapas dishes. Note the bacalao was mostly potato and aoili than fish.

Food was excellent, took a while but it does state that in the menu. However, the service was not as great, we asked for a drink 3 times before I had to get up and go and tell the lady at the bar, she got it out put it on the counter and forgot again. 5 mins later another lady came up to us and said what did you ask my colleague she didn’t understand you. The ladies are forgetful, it wasn’t even busy more than half the place was empty and there were 4 people working. The environment and the feel of the restaurant was lovely so I might return for that and the food but I will be prepared to get annoyed with the staff.

The staff were very nice and attentive, and some of the food was good, but 2 of the dishes we ordered came to the table cold - they had clearly been previously cooked and then not properly re-heated. A shame, as the fresh dishes were tasty.

Lovely service from staff at Jamon Jamon. Despite the heat and a busy outside eating area, each person who took care of us was lovely. Lovely tapas, delicious paella and cava sangria. Will always return!

The food was exceptional. We had chicken and chorizo paella for 2 with a jug of sangria. The starters/tapas were also good. We sat outside on the terrace and although we were in theatre land in London it was like we were in a Spanish resort. We he staff were initially very tentative but were slow and needed to be called over towards the end of the night. The only thing that could have made it better would be a flamenco guitarist.

The food was great - as it always is at Jamon Jamon, whether it is in Belsize Park or Angel (which has sadly closed down!). As we were having a pre-theatre dinner, we appreciated the fact that the food was served extremely quickly. At any other time, service would have seemed very rushed, but it was fine for us.

We enjoyed the food at Jamon Jamon, the paella being particularly good. However, getting the attention of the staff was a challenge sometimes meaning quite a lot of 'excuse me-ing' and hand waving when trying to pay the bill!

A great restaurant with excellent, authentic Spanish food and friendly service, all within an unpretentious and very pleasant environment. This is my favourite Spanish restaurant in London, I've never been disappointed when eating here. If you like seafood, then the sardines and the octopus are exceptional, but all the other dishes (we had meatballs, chickpeas and chorizo, pimientos de Padron, goats cheese, salad) were great. The drinks are reasonably priced too. Thoroughly recommended.

Pretty good food, however our vege Paella was kind of bland. It would of been nice to have maybe a bit more spicy or salty. Maybe just our taste.

Staff were friendly and food was good. We got there at 5 and sat outside and at about 530 they set up the rest of the outside area which was a little distracting. I would have liked we has I glass of wine a bottle of water, Diet Coke and 8 tapas for £61 (inc service charge) for £10 less this may have got an extra star.

We had great Tapas at Jamon Jamon last Saturday. The service was welcoming, friendly and quick, however, one of our group only drinks Vodka & tonic and they didn't have any at all! or her second choice of drink : Tia Maria. We'd definitely go back but would ring ahead to make sure they have some vodka in!

The food was very good, though there was a LOT of oil at the bottom of our dish of paella. The service was terrible. We had 3 different waitstaff who took our order, brought us our tapas, and brought us paella. When we were finished eating we had to wait 20 minutes to flag down a waitress to ask for our check. 10 minutes later we asked a different waitress. A few minutes after that we asked the waiter wiping down the table next to us and he brought it over to us. Not one person checked on us to see if we needed anything else or to ask how our meal was. It was worse than bad service, there was no service.

Went to Jamon Jamon after reading the amazing reviews on tripadvisor. I’ll start with good points, each dish we ordered came out hot and the chorizo and fried goats cheese was delicious. Sangria was tasty and went down a treat. Bad points, service was slow. We felt like we were occasionally forgot about around the corner and had to grab a waitress/waiter every time we wanted something. Whilst the paella came out hot and had a great taste too it, the prawns were incredibly dry and hard to peel and the mussels and some pieces of chicken were also very dry. I would go back but maybe not for the paella.

The restaurant was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The tapas were a medium average quality but the paella was really good, we really enjoyed it. We are a bit disappointed with the soft drinks as they bring them in a glass and you can tell that they are adjusted with lot of water as they don't have their normal taste (we ordered a diet coke) so we recommend to ask for a can or a closed bottle when you order soft drinks to make sure you are getting what you are paying for.
