We had booked a table but were given a superior one without asking. We knew we had to wait for the paella to be cooked but the starters and drinks arrived promptly and we relaxed there while waiting. The food was delicious. A very Spanish feel.
Friendly and swift service ideal for pre-theatre visit. Food delicious!
Certainly one of the best spanish meals in London. Well done.
What a huge disappointment! This is definitely a tourist trap with poor service and pumped prices. The waitresses are all young girls with zero knowledge of restaurant services. First, they brought us the wrong bottle of wine followed by bringing out food that we hadn’t ordered. When corrected, not only they would not apologise but would get rude about it. The bread they served was at least a day old! Never ever again.
Buona accoglienza, personale gentile e sorridente. Buon cibo e abbondante al giusto prezzo.
Food was ok. Had to ask for water a few times before we got it. Good location. Slightly over priced for food standard.
Delicious food, a great variety of tapas dishes and the vibe was fun!
Food was good, but music was too loud when put on.
The restaurant had a very funny smell and it was quiet. I have to say i was disappointed with the food that was served. The croquetas were a bit on the small side. with grizzly bits of ham. The Spanish omelette was still quite runny inside. There was hardly any bechamel sauce on the grilled aubergine, but just loads of cheddar. The calamari tasted bland and i was glad i had a voucher for 50% off as i would have hated paying full price. It felt more like food from a cheap pub, rather than anything authentic from Spain.
Amazing food.. we could not finish the desserts because we were too full. Excellent sangria
Lovely staff and nice tapas. Prawns especially were very tasty
Fabulous night out with friends. The 10 person set menu was lovely! Great food and plenty of it. Friendly, attentive staff. Great service. Highly recommended
Overall experience good. Ladies toilet was awful. Needs a little tlc
My favourite Spanish restaurant in Soho for tapas and paella!
Good food, service got worse as it got busier. Had to ask for check twice and had to go up to server to pay as they didn’t come back. Lots of people leaving as they were not getting served.
We did like our visit and we also did like to food and atmospher
Food was great but service could’ve been better. The waiting staff were lovely but we had to ask repeatedly for things we had ordered and the food came out in a strange order. Lovely atmosphere though.
First time visit for quick meal before theatre. Servers very friendly & atmosphere good. Food was ok nothing special so probably a bit overpriced. They didn't bring the potatas bravas until after we'd eaten all other plates whereas we had ordered them to accompany the other dishes. Overall tho would go back for pre theatre meal.
All five of us were very unhappy. We booked a table for 12 noon on the 27th and turned up at this time. When we arrived the restaurant was still not open and a waitress came out to ask who we were and seemed quite surprised that were were customers who had booked. She went inside to check so we stood outside and waited for 5 minutes. I was a bit shocked. Seemed disorganised. We ordered 10 tapas dishes however it was difficult to know how many to get to satisfy every person. We were told two dishes each. There were 5 of us so we ordered 10. The dishes were too small and insubstantial and left us all hungry. We spent a lot of money and left hungry. We felt ripped off. The dishes arrived in penny packets too. Two here two there which meant we all picked and very little food. Two dishes failed to turn up at all but by then we’d had enough and got the bill. They had the gall to ask for a service charge. Bad service, overpriced, and left hungry. We’ll go to another restaurant next time.
Very good food and very friendly stuffs. Would come again.
Live in Edinburgh but always go for a meal here when we visit London.
Food was nice and atmosphere was very good but was little understaffed so service wasn’t great
Wonderful food, lovely staff , our 2nd visit will definitely go back again
Friendly, helpful service, authentic tasty food, good atmosphere, good value for central London.
was an early dinner, so not too busy a time
Lovely food, relaxed atmosphere but I didn't really get service for a long time. That said, the staff were lovely when they did eventually come
Superb food and lovely to eat outside in central London! Despite our Paella being late the staff were honest about the delay (accident in the kitchen) and gave us on the house drinks and food! This place cannot do enough for you and we left very satisfied! Well done Jamon Jamon
Incredible Spanish food in a cool location in Soho. Would definitely visit again. Perfect for a pre theatre meal .
Good typical Spanish tapas restaurant. Good value for money for the Jamon
Love this restaurant, were here after every pride parade and more to come
Good inside but service was patchy when we moved outdoors
Great food with vegan options. Service was impeccable as well
Fantastic food, good service. We loved our visit to jamon jamon.
I had a group on deal so it was not bad but if I had paid the full cost I would be disappointed, The prawns were over cooked, they were like rubber. Nothing tasted fresh,
The seafood paella is excellent and certainly worth the 40 min wait.
We always come to Jamon Jamon as, we love the Sangría there. It is a beautiful place with great environment and lovely staff. The Tapas and Sangría are fantastic, and we always enjoy them very much. Thank You Jamon Jamon for always welcoming us, and delivering a beautiful experience. Regards, Mohnik & Monica.
The food is delicious, but service a little slow. Worth going for the padron peppers alone though
Nicely located restaurant and very good freshly cooked food. We will return.
Great - we loved the food and the service was tip top.
Food was terrible, service not good either, order was wrong. Would not recommend.
Service a little chaotic. Cash only which was embarrassing with guests. Some food excellent, like calamares and prawns but chorizo al vino over cooked and albóndigas cold.
Great food and price due to tastecard discount. The staff were very friendly.
Card machines were not working, I had to go to cash machine in the middle of the rain. Average service. Had to chase the waitress to order a dessert and when the dessert arrive they didn’t give us any cutter or napkins
Only OK. Just felt too much like a chain restaurant, and food and place lacked charm or style.
Food was very good. We had tapas which was lovely, dishes were just the right size for sharing. Nice atmosphere. Good location. Staff were very friendly, service up to the main course was good but then was a bit slow. We had to ask to see desert menu then had to ask for someone to take our desert order.
The paella was freshly made and absolutely delicious. The ambience is a bit noisy for me because of the music but that's because I have a hearing problem. The waitress was friendly and efficient.
Excellent food and service. I would definately visit it again.
Worth every penny. And good promotions if you have a taste card
Great location very close to theatres, lovely tapas & good service
Staff are friendly. Food was quite quick but arrived at different times. Food was ok. The garlic butter on the steak was so cold, so never actually melted and the mixed salad was slightly brown. Not sure I would return wasnt really that great.
