Good food. Casual restaurant . A very good deal with the taste card. We had a nice waitress that recommended some good dishes for us to try.
By far the worst paella I've ever had. Oversaulty, crude rice and dry garnishment. Also it took too long. I understand thus dish takes its time if you want it cooked well, but they took 40 minutes for something almost uneatable!
Food was brilliant but we used a groupon voucher and after a 10 minute argument they eventually let us use it (we were well within the terms and conditions). After this we had very poor, slow service. Sadly we won’t be returning.
Had a wonderful experience!! Staff were super friendly and allocated us at a nice seating knowing that it was our anniversary. We were also given free drinks and olives which was nice.
Always love this restaurant - one of the best paella’s outside of Spain. Great Sangria too and reasonable prices for a London restaurant. Would highly recommend
Excellent location, service was brilliant and the food really good. The only problem experienced was that the card machine was not working so I had to go to a atm. This is the second time in a row this has happened
Service was OK. Good food. Don't like service charge of more than 10% being added to bill without clear warning. I like to choose whether to give tip or not.
We visited Jamon Jamon on a Saturday night for a set menu for a group of 8 people. Food and drink was lovely. Service was brilliant. Would definitely return!
Decor and table chairs very basic. Food was adequate overall. Some gems although some major disappointments such as the mozzarella in the salad which tasted past its best. Overall it was average
Great place in SoHo for Spanish Tapas in a relaxed setting. Food is great, Paella’s always a great choice and they are decent sizes too.
Great food quality, nice staff, affordable prices. We went there for pre theatre dinner not having too much time before the show but the service was quick and the food very nice. We made it in time for the show!
Well located for Leicester Square and Shaftesbury Avenue. The food is very standard tapas, nothing special or unusual. London prices. Staff were friendly and the service is quick. A good standby.
This place always has great food, fantastic staff & a lovely atmosphere
Very tasty tapas in large enough portions. Really nice glass of Sangria accompanying lovely seasoned olives. Highly recommended as very authentic cooking and gorgeous Sangria!
Very fast service. Perfect for pre-theatre food. Good range and value for food. Staff were attentive and friendly. Good location near many theatres but wasn’t too busy/noisy.
Conveniently located and easily accessible with a Great atmosphere and good value for money for the heart of London. I can Highly recommended this restaurant for it’s true Spanish cuisine..
Pleasant but uninspired. Not the full favours you would expect from a good Spainish restaurant. Some dishes had to much oil others bland. Nothing worth complaining about but wouldn’t go back
Shocking service, never received one of our dishes despite chasing, yet staff came over 3 tines with dishes we did not order. Chased for our bill which we also did not receive and had to walk up to the bar area to pay in the end. Food was very average. Would not return
it was really good food. and the staff was very friendly. we hat four different tapas and a dessert. the price is fair for the quality and the location...
Booked a table for 12 people. A few of us arrived early and ordered some bread and peppers. These came an hour later, after prompting the staff several times. Half the party arrived a short time after and no staff member was able to direct them to the right table (despite the fact some people were already there.) Drinks took ages, including water. The food order eventually arrived, with several items missing. The food itself was nice so it’s a shame the waiting times and service we received were not up to standard.
Great food and portion size... their recommendations of how much per person is spot on... great vibe and easy to find... we had a fab evening out!
Good, well-priced food; friendly service; well located; clean loos! Worked well for a between plays meal (Palace theatre) - enjoyed by both the 20-somethings and the 60-somethings!
Compared so previous visits a bit disappointing. No draft beer, items on website menu not on actual main. Ordered Goats Cheese on crisps which we enjoyed previously. Turned up Goats Cheese on mash potato, when we queried it was told it had changed, but menu not updated. Tricolor salad the cheese tasted watery and no flavour. It was wife's birthday so especially disappointed, not sure if we will be back.
The location is nice and clean, the food was really good and tasty and the service great. We had a complementary tray of ham and cheese as our paella was taking too long
Great dinner at Jamon Jamon Soho! Food was amazing as well as the service. We also received a kind attention from the manager for my birthday. Everything was perfect.
Good quality food, lovely atsmosphere and friendly staff . Good selection of food and wine by the glass ,well worth a visit if you are in the area
NIce food, we had arroz negra paella and a good selection of standard tapas. Would however recommend not sitting near to the door as there is a very cold draft and everyone seems to like to leave it open even after we closed it ourselves several times. Bring a coat.
Bad service and not really polite when they gave us wrong food and bill!! Plus,,,when you order paella, don’t forget you have to wait over 40 mins.
Best paella I have tasted in London so far! Service was good bit slow at times. Great for birthday or for big groups. Would recommend.
Good food and nice atmosphere. staff considerate with good service..
Booked as website says they do cocktails but when we arrived they told us they didn't do them. So we left and went somewhere else
Wonderful atmosphere and lovely, well priced food (best portion sizes I've seen for tapas). Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a perfect spot for a pre theatre meal, especially if you're seeing Chicago at the Phoenix as it's less than a minutes walk! Would definitely recommend to all
Quality food! Excellent service! No rush. Feeling welcome! All staff is approachable and accommodating. The food is excellent! Very typical of Spain! Even when you bring Spaniards with you they all love it!
Great tapas at good prices - particularly considering the central location. The paella in particularly was very tasty. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
Excellent paella,tasty food,good location,friendly staff.Definetely I will go again!I recommend it 100% if you want to try Spanish food.Try paeela &tortilla espanola.Iregret I didn't know earlier that place!
A great place for food and drinks after the theater. Food was delicious and service was friendly and prompt. We enjoyed our meal very much.
Paella took ages to be ready as we were going to see a show in 10 min we had to leave more than half of it. Good costumer service though
Buena atención y en español. Gracias... volveremos otra vez que haya ocasión.. eramos 4 y todos de acurrdo. Lugar céntrico y con terracita. Gracias por todo
Booke a table as we were between performances at the palace theatre and so wanted to be served quickly, in the end need not have worried as service was brisk and food virtually on tap, and really nice too. Will definitely return.
Prawns were very chewy, the food didn’t taste particularly fresh and had probably been sat there a while and reheated. It was a nice meal, average I would say.
Amazing food as well as service for a reasonable price! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great spot for Spanish food in London.
Real great food, best authentic Spanish I’ve found in London. Restaurant is nice too. The waiters were not very attentive but that’s very spanish too! Toilets could do with a revamp as they’re falling apart but otherwise great experience.
The food was tasteless, the portions were tiny, the sangria was watery and the staff was careless. I spent £70 and regretted it big time. never again at this restaurant!!!
Excellent food with friendly and efficient service in a very good atmosphere. The tapas was authentic and good value. We would certainly go to Jamon Jamon again.
we enjoyed excellent food and the staff were very helpful on our visit. had the sangria and four tapas deal from groupon. will return again soon
I’ve been to Jamón Jamón few times but recently something good happened to this place. Food was absolutely amazing and service was lovely. I’ll definitely come back.
Always lovely food & attentive staff in a relaxed environment. Great location for theatre land and just tucked away enough that eating outside is not impacted by traffic noise.
The place is in he city center, but not too crowded so it feels nice. The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere and the food is good, especially the paella, which is really tasty! Nice choice for a friday night and such.
Paella rice was too soft and mushy. Seafood paella in particular was lacking flavour. Tortilla espanol was lacking flavour (needed onions). Expensive for less than mediocre food.
Super friendly staff, love the paella, the best in London. Recommend the sea food paella but would love for one more prawn on top! Regards
