Total disappointment. On arrival we were Asked if we would like drinks when we said Tap water at the table the staffs pleasentness disappeard The food was deplorable. I had the Staff curry one of there special dishes It is supposed to be chicken on the bone In a curry sauce I can only discrib it as bones With no meat in salted broth. When I complaind I was told there was Nothing wrong with it and was given Some more bones in broth to composat Will not be eating there again.

Excellent food and customer as usual! We always have a great experience here - lovely and quiet restaurant, perfect for a couple or friends wanting a great meal.

Great food very polite really enjoyed it staff was good very welcoming just an all round thumbs up from me and me wife would definitely go back there

We had a very nice curry at the Jaipur cottage,. Everything here is homemade - the sauces with the poppadoms were excellent and my jalfrezi was fantastic.

what a great curry house this is haven't been for a number of years but nothing has changed brilliant food and staff are so friendly will be going again that's for sure 👍

This Restaurant is set in a lovely location. Trading for over 30 years, the staff are pleasant and the food is excellent. Service here is also very good even at busy times. I travel over 8 miles just to come here even though I live near to the Birmingham Balti region because the food is so good.

Our vegetarian meals looked great & service was quick & efficient. A pleasant evening. For me the popadams served with raita & pickles were the tastiest part of the meal... apart from the inclusion of an explosive green chilli the other flavours seemed bland!

Another great meal for Sunday Buffet. We were welcomed by the friendly waiter. The service is always polite and caring without the pressure of hovering over us. The icing on the cake was the beautiful rose presented to each female member of the party. Happy to repeat the experience.

We've been here a couple of times now and will definitely be coming back. The choice on the menu is varied and the food is always excellent! The restaurant is in a charming old cottage, which is set an idyllic location in the Clent Hills

A return visit after some years following a return to the area. Being of a certain age pleased to see that the decor and ambience of the restaurant had not been given over to the commonplace comtemporary look which has destroyed the character of so many establishments. Good choice of menu and food arrived in timely, not hurried manner, by obviously experienced and very courteous waiting staff. Food itself was excellent and very much enjoyed!! I cannot recommend this place to all as I am left to wander how, many establishments which claim to serve Bangladeshi cuisine (3 courses fo £10) seem to attact so many customers?

Great staff great food great atmosphere, varied menu different from the normal Indian cuisines. Have been seven or eight times now it's not in my local area so worth the journey

Nice setting in the clent hills, the meal was lovely, cooked from fresh, king prawn balti and lobster boons delicious, definitely would go again !

We used to go to the Jaipur Cottage many years ago, but due to personal circumstance have not been for some time. We were very impressed that the staff remembered us. The Sunday buffet was excellent, well served and presented. We shall certainly return in the near future.

We received a warm welcome on our arrival. The Quality of the food was excellent and the service was was very good. Only small criticism was that we twice asked for a jug of water for the table which never arrived.

great food,helpful staff. Service seemed a bit hit and miss - people that sat down 15-20 minutes after us were served first, and had their poppadoms and starters before we had even picked up a fork. Despite that we would still visit again.

Yet another fabulous meal. The service was excellent. Looking forward to our next visit hopefully soon.

Great service, even better food! We only get in here twice a year when passing Blackpool to London but it's well worth the detour. See you in March!

Lovely restaurant, staff and atmosphere is excellent. Food is excellent quality and good prices. I love the little touch of the women getting a rose at the end of the night 🌹 I would definitely recommend 😀

Compliments to all staff at Jaipur Cottage for another well presented dining experience. My husband and I decided to try the Vegatable Masala and asked the waiter if would could have it extra hot and spicy. The staff are very accommodating and once again our meal was excellent. Looking forward to our next visit.

Overall very pleasant experience just a couple of minor service issues great food friendly staff will use again as we do use pretty regular through the year

Fantastic food and outstanding customer service from the staff. Nothing too much trouble. Defo recommend and will be returning very soon. Had a complementary dish from the chef which was great!

Beautiful food, we have a mixed starer with grilled meats which was divine, the best biriyani i have ever tasted and my husband had his favourite chicken tikka balti with spinach which was wonderful. it's a little more expensive than you regular Indian restaurant, but we couldn't fault the service atmosphere and food.

Lovely restaurant with delightfully helpful staff. Starter of tandoori salmon excellent. The mains were chicken byriani and balti tandoori chicken. Both were ok but a little tasteless however we both have colds so maybe we had lost some of our taste. With two rounds of drinks £55. Parking is difficult.

We visited with a group of friends for the Sunday lunchtime buffet. For the majority of the time we were the only people in there. The food and service is excellent and always has been. We cannot understand why it was so quiet on the Sunday lunchtime. The staff could not be more courteous and attentive. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful setting, attentive and friendly staff, and delicious food. The menu is extensive with all the usual favourites plus many more interesting dishes - well worth a trip off the beaten track, or for a treat when you've built your appetite walking over the beautiful Clent Hills.

This was the first time my wife and I have visited this restaurant in Clent. We have experienced many Indian Restaurants over the years but we would like to say Well Done to all the Staff at Jaipur Cottage for making this first visit such a fantastic evening. The food was excellent, all the staff were well presented and very accommodating. We are looking forward to our next visit hopefully very soon. We are looking forward to trying many more of your wonderful dishes on the menu. Once again a big thank you for the excellent service and excellent food.

Food was delicious however the service was very slow. The wrong starters came out to us and then the curry came without the rice. Also the table for two was so small we couldn't fit everything on it so had to ask if they could remove the jug of water

Once again it was a pleasure to come to Jaipur Cottage. This time our son came with us for the first time and was very impressed with the whole of the dining experience and has said he is looking forward to his next visit to this lovely restaurant. Many thanks to the staff for the excellent food and fantastic service. Well done!

Great food, great atmosphere, friendly service. What's not to like?! They were able to take a large last minute booking by putting themselves out and nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant mains, super sides and fantastic breads. Highly recommended.

Nice surroundings and a friendly service, Varied menu. Well stocked bar. I did think food could be slightly warmer but maybe due to numbers of people being served.

Very enjoyable time, courteous service, really good food, generous portions nice atmosphere. Do go and see for yourself. We will be going again to sample more of their menu.

Excellent food, if you have not visited you must book, you will not be disappointed. It gets very busy so I suggest making a reservation. It also does takeaway!

Staff friendly, however I felt the quality of food was quite poor for the price of the meals. don't think I would recommend this restaurant.

This is our second visit to Jaipur cottage, Clent. Looking forward to our next visit in 2016. My wife and I were treated exceptionally well once again. Compliments to the chef and waiters. Food and service was excellent.
