delicious food, fast service, friendly staff. the music repeated a few times though, not a very long playlist or they just love the song american pie!

Amazing time at my 21st there, we had the whole of the ground floor restaurant and were looked after so well both the food and ambience was perfect 🤩

We found portion sizes to be a bit small, for example, my husband had the large T-bone, a couple of potatoes and a small portion of vegetables, out of proportion to the size of the steak

We don't know Cardiff well but wanted to book somewhere special for my son's graduation, after reading other reviews we decided to visit. I had notified the restaurant about the reason for our visit when I confirmed we would require lobster! We were greeted on arrival by staff who congratulated my son, which I thought was lovely. The restaurant has a warm friendly atmosphere, and we passed a large group who were relaxed and enjoying their meal as we were shown upstairs. We were talked through the specials board.. which was full of lovely choices and ordered our drinks. Nothing was rushed, the starters were lovely with generous portions. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their main course. The food was fantastic, and now my son is living in Cardiff we will be visiting and will return for another meal, just to try items we couldn't fit in this time. I would recommend this restaurant for the warm welcome, attentiveness of staff and of course the food with a wide range and varied choice! Thank you for a lovely afternoon!

Just a short 15min walk from city centre, and all the usual chains, takes you out to the suburbs where you will find this lovely charming authentic Italian restaurant. We had the wild boar ravioli, sea bass, pizza and affogato for dessert. All the food was delicious, freshly made and there was a fantastic choice of specials as well. The service was charming and all at very reasonable prices. I would thoroughly recommend this great place.

Great food with lovely waiters and service excellent. Will definitely go back for a return visit. The raviolli caprese was delicious and the sauce was the best ive ever had! Portion sizes were very generous and the tiramasu melted in the mouth….. overall the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

This was our first visit. The food was wonderful and everything it should be, super fresh, wonderful fish and seafood, generous portions and lovely homemade deserts. Friendly service full of character. It feels like being on holiday in Italy for a few hours

Just want to take the time to thank Giardini Di Sorrento Italian Restaurant for a beautiful meal today. The food was fresh and delicious, they have a non alcoholic cocktail which is perfect for those who can't drink to allow it to be super special. I had the linguini st Agata and it was a taste of Italy on a plate. The lemon and prawns were a perfect afternoon dish. 😊❤️ The service was also brilliant and attentive, I felt like I was in a family home. The server even got me a spoon for my linguini when I was struggling. 😁
