Excellent the food was delicious. Looking forward to next visit.

The main courses were not hot enough. (Barely warm) 3 of us had the Sunday roast but there wasn’t enough veg for 3 people

Very impressed with our first visit. Lovely cosy atmosphere when we walked into the entrance but slightly disappointed when we were moved upstairs - by a door and a draft which felt a bit like being in a corridor. That aside everything was great; attentive service, lovely food and decent range o the menu. We’ll be back - but hopefully sat elsewhere!

Great atmosphere with fantastic food. We’ve been quite a few times and always had a fabulous meal.

The food was outstanding and thoroughly enjoyed our evening, just one disappointment was when we arrived we found the manager quiet rude to us as all we wanted to do was order a drink and to be told to sit and wait as he wanted to have a team chat with the staff. It wasn’t that we had a problem waiting it was the manner in which we were told.

Great 3 course lunch, I had the burger which was a monster and wife had the stew, both very good. Will be back.

I went with my partner for Valentine’s Day, it was perfect. The food was magnificent and the service was quick and friendly. Can’t ask for more than that.

Quiet Thursday evening for our first visit with maybe half a dozen groups in. Service and food quality both excellent and I thought good value for our £70 spend on starters, mains, four drinks and a cheese board. We only live in Hinckley so we will definitely be back.

First visit and we really enjoyed our dining experience.A big Plus was the beer ,very nice and the chef went round every table asking if they had enjoyed there meal.

Excellent experience from the warm greeting right through to dessert. Entrance/front door to the establishment is not immediately obvious but once you have found it, it's worth it. Not cheap but that is reflected in the quality of the food and surroundings.

Friendly welcome, great service, delicious food. The atmosphere is relaxed, the chairs comfortable. There’s a buzz, but it’s easy to chat around the table. Downstairs the bar feels cosy but not cramped. Good range of beers, and a decent coffee. Back soon!
