Great place, quick service, friendly staff, good food! Went on a Saturday evening and it was not that busy, a nice touch with the free dessert too. Full marks.

Nice experience with the family, lovely starters held promise, but the mains were disappointing being highly salted and loads of carbs! We won’t be going back in a hurry.

Had a great meal at grilla. Nice and fulfilling. Lots to eat. Had the gyros which they now do all week never used to be of a weekend. Halloumi too as starters was excellent. Nice beers too as an ale drinker one of the only places to serve an excellent IPA. Great service by Katilina too

This is a lovely quaint restaurant lovely atmosphere and the food is very nice and very filling would recommend for couples or a group of friends

Great food and price. First visit but will certainly be back. The mixed Grilla for 2 is knockout and certainly a doggie bag moment as far as the amount of food. Really tasty also.

As always, my go too restaurant in Liverpool. Food and service always excellent. No other restaurant comes close to Grills, it's just that good. Mix Grills for 2, lamb on the spit and pork gyros being my top 3 dishes. 11/10, always recommend.

Just amazing. Will come back on any occasion. Food was fresh and served very quickly. If you don't know what to order, just get mix grilla. It got everything you need.

my visit wasn’t as good this time round from when I have visited in the past earlier on in the year. There was long waits between each courses and when asked for things such as the bill it took a long time for staff to get back to us and especially as we were on a timescale for other activities that were booked and allowed ourselves enough time between each one.

Lovely atmosphere, great friendly service, food was delivered quickly, was beautifully cooked and having a small free dessert was icing on a tremendous cake, thank you!

It was my first time visiting and it definitely won’t be my last - it was absolutely fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious - and great value! It felt very authentic too. I’d recommend the gyros to anyone. The decor itself is also well worth a mention - warm, cosy and low-lit; perfect for a laid back evening.

We had chosen to go here due to me having coeliac disease and it having great reviews for gluten free. The staff were really pleasant and the atmosphere was good too. The food was delicious and well worth the reviews. Unfortunately there was an issue with the wine as ordered the Chilean merlot detailed on the menu but were given Italian which we did ask to change. Ended up ordering Shiraz as the only merlot they had was Italian (even though only merlot on the menu was Chilean). We are not wine buffs but neither of us really like Italian wine. It was also very hard to see what was gluten free on the menu as the icon for gluten free was a yellowy orange sign and due to the lighting I found it rather hard to see. Could do with being a darker icon. My husband had looked on line beforehand so had good idea what I could eat. We had grilled halloumi and deep fried saganaki to start and the mixed Grilla (that how is spelt) for two. As I said the food was delicious. If you're in Liverpool you should definitely visit.

The service was really good throughout the meal. Atmosphere was calm and relaxed. Only small point is that the chicken skewers were slightly dry but portions generous.

Food was good. Meat platter was large but the meat fairly dry. 1 small dipping gravely which was too hot to really enjoy. Nice looking place though and lovely staff.

Have wanted to try this restaurant for a while but specifically on a monday for their mixed grilla for 2 deal. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is well presented, we were seated quickly and given food/ drink options. We knew our main course but wanted to try some starters, however not being to knowledgable of the cuisine we didnt know what some of the options were. We asked about some of the items but maybe their was a slight language barrier we didnt quite understand so played safe with the halloumi and sausage which were very nice anyway. The mixed Grilla for 2 is a large pile of different meats and cuts served with a potato, salad and dip of your choice. Their is definitely enough for 2 people to share which sometimes i find not great with sharing dishes. A complimentary dessert also came out which we did not expect which was a small brownie and cream. The food was tasty and would come back again for it and the nice setting of the restaurant makes it a comfortable and pleasent dining experience.

Titan portions for the mixed grill selection meant lots to take home in a goggy bag. Great flavours for the meat and fries. There was a nice surprise desert on the house

Very good meet & greet. The mixed grill for 2 was awesome. I recommend you not to have a starter with this. It is very filling. The complimentary chocolate cake was very nice.
