Food exceptional Service impeccable Will always visit when in the city

I have been to Goodman on Jewry and always had a great meal/experience. This was my first time to the Mayfair location and it was less than satisfactory. Our overall experience was mediocre and not one that would be expected at an establishment like this. Our waitress was extremely unhelpful, impolite, and rude. Additionally, the food was lacking and was not worth the price. We ordered two steaks each different types of beef, but they came on the same platter with no specificity on which ones were which. They were not cooked to our desire, and when mentioned to the waitress she did nothing to address the issue. In summary, not worth the visit. I will never recommend this location to anyone and definitely will not be back.

Excellent rib eyes once again. The usual exceptional experience. The vegetarian was even happy!

Average steak, disappointing sides I expected more for the price.

As usual good quality on average, however this time the meat was a bit hard (sirloin), and the larger chips were not crunchy enough. Normally I would give top vote, this time they missed their standard a little bit

Magnificent as always. My 6 year old daughter who has recently discovered steak said it was excellent and can’t wait to come back. The guys who looked after us were 1st class.

Although the staff and food was good. We arrived at 6 pm for supper prior to the theatre at7.30pm 5 mins away and said we needed to be out by 7.10 pm We were told there was time for a starter first It came very quickly but then We waited about 30 mins for the main course Which we then only had 6 mins to eat it They didn’t charge us for the maincouse but it ruined our evening and it was our daughter’s birthday

Not sure about being shown very large steaks on an open platter. A bit to high pressure and query hygene.

Pretty average experience although the food and drinks were very good. Only areas that were not great was when we finished our main meal the table next to us was shown the “Specials” on the blackboard where this was not offered to us and also the condition of the toilets that were not inline with a restaurant like Goodmans and in fairness any public toilet. Sorry to be negative on an area that is not based on the experience we received at the table but I am sure we were not the only ones to have commented or thought the same when we left and not the lovely meal we had enjoyed

Food good. Service was lacking. Took way to long to get service. Got apps before wine. Apps were done and not cleared until dinner arrived.

Wonderful steakhouse with great staff and food, despite being so noisy.

After the 3rd average performance we ll not book it again. Meat instead of medium was well done. Red Wine/glass min 20 Pounds for average quality. Service Staff kind and fast.

Annual Xmas Eve family lunch was excellent as always. You expect the steaks to be great but the Argentinian prawns were superb as well!

We were looked after by Edgar and he was absolutely a credit to the Restaurant. He was able to explain each of the cuts in detail and recommend some lovely wine and cocktails to suit our individual preferences. The food was also outstanding.

The steak is highly recommended, and the wine pairing service is amazing
