We used the private dining room for a birthday celebration and it was excellent.

Steak was very well done but knowledge of staff of worldwide steak is quite limited. For example, they only had UK wagyu which is delicious but clueless that there is a grading system for wagyu beef and hence their quality. They are doing well but could improve on their knowledge to make them even more impressive.

Stks were cooked to perfection in very short time. Perfect for a quick lunch meeting.

We arrived around 17:15 which is probably too early for evening service, so the atmosphere wasn't great until about 18:00 when it got busier. Steak however was over cooked. We could have complained but at a steakhouse, the one thing they should be able to do well is steak, so we just chowed down... the quality of the meat was good, but too much of it was well done on a steak that was supposed to be medium rare. Sides were acceptable if a little unimaginative. Service was great. Sparkling water was plentiful and cheap. They also have an excellent approach to no-shows charging per head, and donating to a charity. I think we should have requested another steak, as other diners food looked amazing, but we had limited time.

The only thing that we did not like was the background music which was out of context with the ambience of the restaurant. The service from Caroline was exceptional, the steak very very good.

Overall, it went all great. Selection of Wines are great but little over priced. They take away the dishes before we finish them, probably they can offer a bigger table so that we can keep the starters when steaks are ready.

It's been at least a year since I last visited prior to this visit. I used to visit every few months. The food was great but I've had better steak at Goodmans before. The service felt a little rushed.

No mash potatoes and a little expensive. Nice and friendly staff

didn't like where I was seated to begin with as it was right across the service entrance. I asked to move to a more quieter area which they did. Another point they kept repeating to us that we only had the table for a maximum of 2 hours. To be honest I wouldn't of stayed longer but it just annoyed me they kept asking me that question. Other than that the food was great.

The staff were awesome esp as I was waiting for my partner to arrive who was 90mins late!
