Had an amazing lunch with Close friends and they all enjoyed

As usual the food was really good and the guys paired the wine perfectly

Had a wonderful birthday meal with work friends and the atmosphere was perfect

Fabulous restaurant best steaks in London. I have eaten in many and this is the best for me and one not to be missed

The food and the staff are very good but the restaurant is so noisy, such bad acoustics that we had to shout at each other. They should really hang up sound canceling panels on the ceiling because for us it resulted in a bad experience. We sat in the middle of the restaurant. Would go back but ask for/demand a table in the front part of the restaurant.

Steaks were just awesome, large selection of excellent wines on top!!! One of the best places in the City especially for larger groups, very nice atmosphere - not too loud - you can actually still talk to each other without having to yell..

The food was great. First class service from Alice. Would definitely recommend Goodman to anyone looking for a top quality steak restaurant in the City.

Brilliant meal as always at Goodmans, I regularly go hear and have always had a good experience. Food is great, staff are helpful and friendly atmosphere is just right.

Fabulous steaks! The bone in cuts are delicious and perfectly cooked over a Josper grill. Good choice of side dishes. The truffle mac and cheese is divine. Staff are excellent - very knowledgeable about the choices and the wine too. The bar is buzzy and very popular. All in all, a wonderful venue.

Great food as always, the truffle chips are absolutely delicious, never disappoint. Very much recommend for dinner (I don't eat beef but the chicken option is lovely).

Hi The food was great The service however was questionable. Everyone the lady poured our water it was splash all over the place and we didn’t even get an apology. We asked for extra peppercorn sauce. It never came. The lady who served us was in such a hurry to take our order that we didn’t even order everything we wanted and she just quickly walked off. We ended up paying 50 pounds for service even though we didn’t want to. Not sure if I’ll be coming back to this branch in a hurry

Fabulous food & attentive service. I learned lots about steak in beautiful surroundings last night. Great dining experience and a lovely atmosphere. I loved that I was told (as the booker) that our table was free for the evening, so we felt really comfortable knowing we had as long as we wanted.

It was ok. Glad we could fill the Monday gap. It was mentioned we aren’t regulars. We won’t be unforntunately. Would have been nice when you spend £100 per person to be made to feel more welcome. Hey ho

Fantastic food, very friendly service, great environment. We were there for a business lunch with a large group of clients (10 people total) and they gave us a table that is separate from the main area so we had some privacy. I will become a regular customer there.

Great food and service! Table was slightly small for the 5 of us, and almost did not have enough space for all the huge plates but everything else was spot on.

Good basic fare with pleasant service. Good wine list. Essentially a no frills steakhouse and it is certainly that. Everything looked dark, drab and tired.

Usually I would give this a top score but for some reason the chef didn’t quite cook my friend’s steak as she usually likes it

First visit through friend recommendation, went there for lunch. Nice welcome, really good service throughout, tasty food and wine was excellent. I have some dietary requirements but that wasn't a problem. Lovely décor. I will defiantly return.

Been here loads of times. There are loads of steaks to choose from and always cooled to perfection. This is my favourite steak place in London.. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to a 'Goodman'. It was all good. service was exceptional. steaks v good. probably the best i've had in the UK.

Great menu and service The whole taste of the meal was superb, our steaks were succulent and cooked to perfection. Good atmosphere and staff are very efficient.

Usual high standard of food and service. Remains the best steakhouse in London, many others have attempted to copy and replicate but none have quite made it.

Good and efficient service. If you like well sourced meat well cooked to your liking, this is the place to go. Good place for business lunches.

Incredibly friendly staff with excellent recommendations as it wa our first time in this restaurant. We absolutely loved everything in our meal: the steak was cooked to our taste, the sides were great and ans our cokcktails, wine and deserts were amazing! We shall be coming back to Goodman’s for some great food and alcohol! The only thing we did not enjoy that much was the triple cooked chips which were slightly greasy...also the sides could come in slightly bigger portions.

Good service. Belted Galloway steak great quality as ever but slightly over cooked. I asked for medium rare and got medium. Interesting, well priced wine list.

Excellent quality steak always and the lunchtime menu is a standard lunch restaurant opportunity to try it price wise. The service was excellent and the ambience traditional.

Have been to Goodmans several times and always had an excellent meal. I took my Fiance for his birthday and we were very disappointed. The steak was not as flavoursome as I've had before and both side dishes were overpowered by garlic making them non edibl. Very disappointing as the meal was expensive.

One of the best chateaubriand I’ve ever eaten; top quality sides; brilliant service; quite expensive but that was expected; just a bit too much noise coming out of the bar area. But overall, a wonderful experience.

The service is excellent. The best steak in London. The sides possibly even better. I’ll be dreaming of that Mac’n cheese for a long time.

all in all it was a great experience, even our children loved it. fresh vegetables, meat was fantastic, good wine. we can recommend this restaurant.

Friendly, efficient, quick service and good qualify good. Obviously pretty pricey but you have to expect that in a business district and for the standard of the restaurant

Amazing meal with fantastic food and great service. Goodmans is not the cheapest place to eat but you certainly get what you pay for here. We loved it.
