My wife, daughter, son and I absolutely loved our meals, the steak was cooked extremely well, staff were very attentive from as soon as you aproach the restaurant to the moment you leave. A fantastic dini g experience.

I was taking for my 50th birthday by my husband. Had steak and chip. No veg. Would have been nice to have had some greenery on the plate to and a little gesture for my big day. Which they were informed about.

You arrive into the dark reception to be met by numerous members of staff smartly attired greeting you and asking how you are. You are then left waiting at reception to be checked in? Thewine list was groat, but pricey. And there was a tendency for the staff to recommend the most expensive wine 17.50 per glass?? Sommelier was load, patronising lacking empathy at some Argentinian wines not being available, although it's an Argentinian restaurant. Steak and sides were great and definitely a must do again. The Wine experience was really the only negatively

Always a superb meal in a nice setting. Service was as first class as always. Worth the money, although it's not inexpensive.

Not a very good start, got a glass of water for my wife and it had an old lipstick smudges on it (free dessert) still unsettling. Also there were stains of old sauce or something on the white leather couch beside us, the waiter cleaned it. The food was good but it was very loud in there and my wife said the bathroom was not very clean.

I was here already 2 years ago and, although the service has been impeccable also this time, the quality of the beef has seriously decreased, both in the way it's cooked and how it is served on the plate.

I wanted to take a date to this restaurant. The only problem is the menu doesn't offer many piscatarian options. I went there for meat so I was pleased, my date doesn't eat beef so only had swordfish. The waiters were excellent with alot of attention. I managed to stay there for 3 hours and enjoyed every minute of it. From my side 5/5 for the beef. The fish dish 4/5 since it was the only option. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Its pleasant with a nice atmosphere.

The food was good but service had some problems We waited the main for 45 minutes and some plates(sides) didn’t serve at all May be because of Saturday

I was there during Christmas time table for four Unfortunately service was very poor as l try to go very good restaurant always in London but this time l wanted it to try to have my 24Christmas dinner here with my guests from France and Turkey Waiter came back asking if we were ready Fist thing he explained first of all All our cheap wine are not available the way explain was unprofessional munner He make the menu very complicated After l call one of the maitre’d to help us We order meet all came without sauce we have to ask they bring after my meat get cold Very for service value of the money and place I was expecting lm in fancy restaurant but service was so terrible l got better service in any simple restaurant Poor customer service experience

Thanks to the company that evening we had a very enjoyable time and as ever the steaks were good. We were once again upstairs on the top floor which is pretty cramped but with acoustics that make the pace uncomfortably noisy on a busy night. What should be a good atmosphere is in fact more like a eating in a a packed school dining hall. You get the point. But what was out of order was the the pushy waiter who seemed to know what wine I wanted despite me explaining three tunes what I wanted “ Oh Sir, so younwoukd like a Nee Malbec ( about £50) well I am not sure that’s the right choice for you...and promptly pointed to a £75 -presumably old Malbec. - three times I assured him we wete fine, the final one being necessarily a little more forceful. I had not asked for advice, I knew what I wanted but he seemed to know otherwise. Irritating to say the least

I was rushed to hospital before my order and didn’t get to go and enjoy my rump streak, as I had porridge in the hospital, this was a let down compared to the juicy bloody steak I had planned. 1/10

Apart from the initial absent concierge the food and wine were great, the service was friendly and timely. A perfect birthday lunch for my partner (thanks for the cake!)

The food was nice but I was very disappointed as the waiter staff were very unfriendly and rude. We had our main meal brought out to us before our starter and when we explained the waiter just turned around with our food and walked off, no sorry , no we will bring your starter shortly , I was amazed. It was Saturday night so it was very busy but The staff were not very attentive and certianly not the service you would expect from Gauchos.

Once again Fabulous food and great service every time. Will definitely go again. The atmosphere is great with lovely outside heated terrace. I have recommended this place so many times

Fantastic all round. Took my partner here for his birthday. The chateaubriand was absolutely divine (as was all the food)... the service was excellent - perfect balance between friendly and professional. Our waiter recommended us a bottle of red that absolutely did not disappoint. Even brought out delicious chocolate truffles with a candle for my partner at the end, which stunned us considering we’d only briefly mentioned it was his birthday to one staff member. Delicious food, wine and cocktails, lovely atmosphere and excellent service. We will most definitely return.

busy restaurant...may be too busy- all felt a but rushed and the staff were struggling- food was good tho - would recommend however maybe not when christmas parties are on ;-)(

Excellent food and service. Loved the cheesy bread and the steak was cooked perfectly. Will highly recommend anyone looking for quality steak. Menu has a lot of variety too.

Everything was excellent. Meat quality is one of the best in London. People are so friendly, Chaute Burian was amazing. Good value for money.. Really liked it

The waitress who catered to us was quite clumsy. She spilled water on my husband, broke a wine glass and accidentally knock over the candle on our table and didn’t bother lighting it back up. Atmosphere was decent, food was ok.

No panna cotta on menu ! Very drafty. Didn’t get my request for seating in basement area. Steak was really good again. But Carlos was fantastic .

my friend & I had dinner at Gaucho in Piccadilly, we had steaks & it was so good 😋 . The steaks was so tender & it was cooked perfectly the way we wanted. The young lady who served us was so friendly & very helpful. BTW, I had 400g of 🥩👍😘

Packed full on a Friday lunchtime - nice room , buzzing atmosphere , great staff and superb grub ! They dealt with a problem very well and we will return soon
