Good food and service, but didn’t see many of the items shown in the advertisement on Facebook.

Fabulous service, decor, atmosphere and food. Bottomless prosecco is the best thing there. Crab burger is so sweet and lush. Crab tempura is amazing. Highly recommended

This is not a budget restaurant by any means! But if you're looking for something special, a great place to get together with friends/family

we booked this restaurant for my daughters birthday as well as for Mothers Day..unfortunately where can I start we were sat down in the lower part of the restaurant which did not seem to have any atmosphere felt we were excluded from the hub of the restaurant. We waited almost half an hour for our drinks to be bought to our table and even then it was our full order had to prompt the main waiter/manager that we were still waiting for our drinks....our starters came eventually which was fine...but unfortunately when our mains came my husband did not have his when I asked where it was they were not sure....probably a mix up in kitchen as we were told they are making his now....totally disappointed but it was meant to be a family meal and we were all having ours separately ....did not get all our side dishes and by this point I could not be bothered to ask for these...my husbands meal eventually came but that was warm....I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The waiter/manager had offered us some drinks or deserts on the house but by this point I wanted to leave....he did take my husbands meal off the bill for our inconvenience .....its a pity that it was not an enjoyable meal...dont think we will be returning again......

Wasn’t offered mother’s day cocktail - had to ask, wasn’t offered mother’s day Flowers had to ask, crab content of singapore crab main dish very low, and crazy noisey Ladies looks a total mess Shame - was great last year 😏

Our second visit to the restaurant, we enjoyed the food .

The starters were tasty - the guac came in a huge mortar which seemed a little excessive and was kind of difficult to eat from. The mackerel pate was very nice but quite small. The shellfish roll was nice but the bread was a little stale. The chips were nice and hot when they arrived.

The staff were excellent and lovely. The food was okay

Venue was lovely, food was fine, but staff wasn’t very attentive apart from the reservation manager/front desk. Had to ask for the finger bowl to changed despite ordering a fair anount of shellfish. Plate were not change either for the shells nor starter plates. For those reasons the service was very average. Howwver will still return. Thank you.

Food was great. Too bad the poor service by the hostess ruined the experience.

Venue is very nice, and the food was very good. However there were only about 10 people in the restaurant for 3 waiters, and food took a long time to arrive. I ordered a side that never came as 15 minutes after we had finished our food they were still preparing it (when we had specifically asked for the food to be send as one). I think the waiter probably forgot it and asked the kitchen once I notified him that my side was missing. Shame, because I was looking forward to the food.

Arrived for a birthday dinner with 5 friends. Waited 30 minutes and no-one came to even take a drinks order so I had to go to the bar and ask for service. Then get told they have no draught beer as advertised but they do have bottles of beer, except only 4 bottles in the whole place and there is 6 of us. Then it took another 30 mins for someone to take our food order. Starters came 30 mins later. Then an hour later the mains come and two of the mains are wrong as the waitress didn't write anything done and put the order in wrong. The mains that did arrive were missing sides and generally really bad. Rice tasted like it was from an Uncle Ben's rice packet. The two missing mains then come but are terrible and still missing sides - I had a £28 half lobster which had one mouth full of lobster in it - tiny. When we complained the waitress looked like she couldn't care less and offered to give us a bottle of wine as compensation. We took it and then proceeded to complain to the manager at the end of the meal who offered us 20% off which we refused until she gave us 50% off - but they still charged us for the 2 mains that we didn't even order and were taken back. We couldn't be bothered to hang around after that so just left. Worst dinner experience we have all had for a long time. Poor food, no drinks, awful service. The lights were flickering and barely stayed on and the drinks shelves were empty...closing down perhaps? Would make sense.

The food and cocktails were lovely. And enjoyed the Bottomless prosecco brunch. Worked out quite expensive so a treat rather a regular visit!

Excellent all round. Great food and Prosecco, plus wonderful service from very friendly staff. We would definitely go again.

Restaurant not busy but ran out of draft beer so you had to buy the expensive half pint cans and no one took drinks order till after 20 minutes after sat down. When the starters came and gone the finger blows came out to late same with one of the steak orders no steak knife till half way through the meal. The 3 lobsters meals had chips with it they came out when we finished our lobster. As I said restaurant was not busy and there was no need for the poor device indeed.

Arrived at 14:30 And told they had no tables available. We went online and was able to book a table for 14:35..... Food was good but very overpriced for what you got.

Expensive, not value for money. Small portions. Won’t go back again

First time experience It was no wait for the waiter to come and serve us. I had the half lobster with french fries and it was delicious . The cocktails were the best

Very nice! Messed up my order a bit but overall the experience was a 4.7/5. Going to dine there again in a few weeks as the food is very very nice and the staff a very good at their job!

Celebrated my mum's birthday with the King Crab burger.... absolutely delish. Great service and great food. A bit pricey but worth every penny.

Food was so amazing! But service slow in the beginning due to staff talking amongst themselves. Apart from that everything else was great

Lovely food at a reasonable price. We went for a late lunch so fairly quiet, nonetheless the service was excellent. Friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

Fantastic crab, and a wonderfully sourced and prepared steak (unusual for a seafood restaurant...). We had an early evening booking so it wasn't busy, but the service and attention to detail was exceptional. We will return!

Came here with my wife and daughter for my wife’s birthday and the food recommendations from our waiter were superb - the king crab is second to none. The cocktails were excellent too!
