Visited for a 60th birthday lunch on Tuesday 4th June. Restaurant wasn't busy but it was a Tuesday. Lovely food, excellent service very friendly staff. Would visit again.

I had booked a table at fancy grab. When I arrived The waitress dressed in a black suit told me that my table was ready and a few of the guests had already arrived (pointing at a table where two black men were sat) . I had to correct her that I had another table booked and I wasn’t with those men, I couldn’t help but think this was because I am a black female. Why else would she of assumed I was to be sat with two strangers ?

Service was great and food was really good overall we really enjoyed it. Would go again.

Good place to visit for lunch. The menu could do with an allergy key to show what's vegan / vegetarian / nuts etc.

Good food but they are trying to make it a party place with the music being way too loud but no atmosphere for success. They are confused about their target audience.

Lovely environment. Had appetizers along with bottomless prosecco and it was actually very good! Will definitely be back.

I went to Fancy crab a year ago and thought the food was amazing. Huge choice of different oysters and the menu was quite large. They did a whole crab claw with salad and chips, SO good! This time the menu was quite different... I was disappointed to see the large oyster menu gone and replaced with only three types... (only one remained due to selling out). The choice of crab meat gone too... I had the crab burger which was nice my other half had crab grilled with cheese, again nice. The best thing however was our starter, grilled octopus. Made up for everything!

it was rather empty for a lunchtime, so noise levels low but not great atmosphere. food was well presented, large portions, crab tasty

The environment and service was really nice. The staff were smiley and ready to help. We had the set lunch menu. The food quality was really good however improvements can be made as the portions were really small especially for a main.

At The Beijing me And my partner we ask for a table in The box however we where told it is for biger party, and after that two laidies where sited There..same. Starter courget flower with fiat cheese cold and on Bed of tomato ketchup...hmm, my partner had scalops with feta and watermelon, one overcooked anhappy too. Main crab burger cold and dyr bap, so she left hungry, 2nd mani musles in wine sous, delicius, fresh and warm dish. Nice service.

Staff are horrible and are not attentive. The Service was very poor

I love visiting Fancy crab and the food was amazing! I just like to comment that food took a while to arrive and then In between the starters and the second there was a long gap. Also the eggs benedict were great but too small for the price, this should be at least two eggs or if one should come with something else! The smoothie was great but warm :( I think it would be nicer with a bit of ice!

Great place, great location and very good overall satisfaction, difficult to find fresh seafood in central London for that price, highly recommended

The food is amazing and the staff excellent. Using King crab means the Singapore chili crab is just the meat, no shell which is a bit disappointing but still excellent. The vegetarian burger is good and our waiters wine choice of the Reisling was excellent. The bill was not outrageous either. We enjoyed it and would return.

presentation of the platter was amazing. Restaurant ambience is relaxing.. however dips are not that great.

We ordered two seafood platters for my son's birthday celebration meal, which we all loved. Our waiter was extremely attentive and efficient.

Great food, atmosphere and decor. Only improvement would be to have an mid-high priced mixed warm & cold seafood platter for sharing. I would come every week for it. But the waitress was so very helpful and suggested we buy the premium platter and mains in order to get at the hotel & cold seafood so we didn’t just that. Had a lovely time & will be returning with friends!

Overall the food was nice and service was really good, just a bit overpriced.

Arrived at 18.10 and one of the starters was not available so that’s the only reason it didn’t get top marks as everything else was delicious service was great but at that time of evening not many people were in restaurant so that might be the reason but highly recommend this place

Had a wonderful time at the Fancy Crab it was even more special as it was my husband birthday, they presented a platter with happy birthday ice-cream and a lighted candle thought was very sweet and the staff were lovely, Thank you

The menu looked very promising, and had a few stand out items such as the oysters and the Jerusalem artichoke ... but unfortunately the mains were a major disappointment. The Singapore chilli crab was nothing at all like its namesake, and the lobster tagliatelle was all tomatoes and no flavor

Great food. Very busy the evening we visited. Even got to meet a celeb sitting on the table just behind us.

We visited this restaurant on Friday night at 6.30pm when it was relatively empty. The service was dire and we had to keep asking a waitress to take our orders. The food was very sparse and tastleless. The bill was very expensive for what we had.

Friendly, efficient service, excellent food. It was nice that we weren’t rushed through the courses. Would definitely visit again.
