Fancy Crab

Fantastic, our first visit but definitely not our last .

The four of us had a really good time there. Our Lithuanian server was lovely too.

Waiter couldn’t figure out our two drink order. He brought an open bottle of Coke and said, did you order Diet? Then rolled his eyes to learn we did. I asked for Club Soda, Soda Water or Seltzer and was told they didn’t have any. While perusing the menu I found “sparkling water” and asked if that had bubbles. What good fortune! King Crab was good. The grilled prawns with “Asian Spices” should have clarified “mouth-blasting chilies”. I’m no professional chef but garlicky tzatziki and truffle oil/perfume don’t belong anywhere together except maybe in the sink. We were certainly crabby by the time we left. Hard pass next time.

Nice environment and great food. The waiter could have been a bit more attentive. But, in general was a great experience.

The house platter came out of the freeza and was not fresh, the sinagpour crab had hardly any crab. Not great value or taste. Would not recommend .

My friend and I had a great time. We opted for the 3 course set menu and Alex who served us was lovely. The food was delicious, ambience was perfect. We went at 3pm which was nice as it wasn’t too busy at all. Would definitely go again.

Crab delicious and prices as expected for King crab. Brule was theatre and delicious.

No very good service ! Waiter spilled water on trousers no spoons in added extras ! Had to wait for potatoes and beans for 10 minutes after dinner was served ! Considering the price ... disappointing

Went for late lunch a bit quite but food was excellent service was a bit slow considering it was not busy and they forgot our lobster claws but didn’t charge us for them.

The most beautiful seafood we have ever had. The quality of the food has no comparison in our eyes. We would like to make regular visits to this restaurant. The service was excellent and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Compliments to all staff members who were on shift last night. Especially the chefs 😊

Too expensive for what is being offered. Half of the food was very overcooked and we did not enjoy it. Not once were we asked if everything was ok. The waiter was more interested in just clearing our table. When we gave him feedback he didnt know what to do. So I am definitely not coming back. Disappointed.

I went here for my friend’s birthday and the customer service was slow, our table wasn’t ready and they ran out of the item she wanted so we left.

Went for Prosecco bottomless lunch. Lovely food. Could have had more to offer on the brunch menu. Portion size was small considering the price but quality fantastic. Ok ambience but could be more vibrant with some music and happier staff. Need to go back just to try the premium seafood platter - it looked amazing!! Nice birthday plate surprise at the end. Work a visit overall.

Server was incredibly rude, ruined partners birthday. He placed the order for the same drinks as the table next to us, rather than the drinks we actually ordered, and then got upset when we asked for our original order. Will never go back.

Arrived at 1800 on a Saturday joining approx 6 other couples, service was shocking, the duty manager Paul looked like he was on some sort of substance, very dismissive and unwelcoming. usef our waiter was rude, lacked knowledge and made us feel unwanted, please change his name to useless! He does not belong in the hospitality industry. Oleg was very pleasant but unfortunate he was table checking at the end of the meal. Our oysters and starters were very tasty, the main crab burger had barely any crab only over powering Marie-rose dressing with a hollow crab leg garnish, very deceiving. Singapore dish was shocking, sweet tomato soup with minimum crab, not what was expected. A lovely weekend plan ruined by a poor meal and terrible service, we will not be returning and will share our experience with friends and family that had planned to visit

Overall excellent experience. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was very flavourful and was enjoyed by every member of my party. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

I came there for the first time for my wife's Birthday and it was a great experience. They even brought a Happy Birthday dessert for my wife which she loved, so we shall definately be coming back again.

the food was really good, however this was let down by the manager physically throwing out an ex employee from the restaurant, the situation was poorly handled and then we were still charged for service charge which we refused to pay

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Only disappointment came when looking to order another bottle of white wine to be told you had run out!

Brioche roll (we ordered the seafood roll for lunch) was stale and was packed full of lettuce and nowhere near enough seafood. Sauce was so rich we both felt a bit ill afterwards. Service was a little slow but pleasant enough. Shame as I really liked it last time

Amazing atmosphere and really great food, we had a premium platter which was so good followed by half lobster and chilli crabs. The food arrived early the place was just great!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The red king crab was gorgeous. We solid 50:50 cold and charcoal for a starter. The cold meat was so sweet it reminded us of Joe’s Stone Crabs in Miami. Absolutely will be here again!

Great place! The food was very delicious and full of flovour. The waiting time was really quick and our waiter was friendly and gave great recommendations of cocktails and food. We will definitely be back.
