Just normal , nothing special , many staff but no Much to look after customer, food is normal ! I hope next time visit will be better !

Wonderful evening great service The food we ordered was very delicious The atmosphere was very Christmassy and the background music was lovely The staff were fabulous

Overall setting very nice. Wouldn't say that food was much better than any other seafood place. Gentlemen that looked after us at the beggining was amazing ( unfortunately didnt catch his name) . However once we finished it took ages to be able to ask anyone for bill and to pay it. Overall maybe will come back.

Great food and the staff were very professional. First time dining here but will definitely return in the future! A recommendation for all crab lovers out there!

It’s a nice place with niche selection of dishes that include crab..... not sure about value for money. Nice atmosphere for informal dinner with nice jazz music on the background.

The staff and service was great.we had the bottomless Prosecco deal and our waitresses kept us topped up all evening.My only criticism is that the crab used in a crab restaurant looked and tasted like crab sticks!!! So I was abit disappointed in the food but everything else was great

Great service and food was amazing platter for starter and the Singapore crab was delicious. Would definitely visit again. Christmas tree was beautifully placed in the centre of the restaurant.

Stick to the fresh seafood which is fabulous. The battered food was not good. The batter was far too thick and chewy... Service was with a smile though and efficient for the busy pre Xmas week.

The King Crab was just delicious served in a beautiful environment and waited on by excellent attentive staff. Selection of seafood was also outstanding. What more could you ask for?!!!

The staff are not very attentive to customers ongoing needs. They go back and forth past the tables without asking if things are ok if a customer wants anything else. The food is overpriced and Lobster and Burger are much better....

chips are good, but the burger is not good enough on the internet. the restaurant is really beautiful and the price is kind of high.

Fabulous food, all delicious. WE had the Premium seafood platter, in addition the seared scallops although they missed off 1 portion, oysters and King Crab Leg gratin, with a tomato juice cocktail that has a crab claw in it. Restaurant beautifully decorated for Christmas, staff very friendly. Negatives- we were sat in the window, great for attracting customers to the restaurant, too cold for us. There was space further in that we could have been given. The table needed clearing more often as we had so many plates, but we had to ask for this to be done. Would highly recommend.

We ordered the Singapore chilli crab and the curry wasn’t close to the real thing. Also disappointed by the small amount of actual crab meat in the portion. Not worth the money!!

Lovely host, lovely, efficient team. Customer service was fantastic. I would come back and recommend this restaurant. They offered us complimentary prosecco for keeping us waiting, seated us as soon as a booth became available.

We were offered worst table. Right by door, cramped. Restaurant half empty but maitre d refused to give any other table. So we left feeling very in welcome.

Some of the starters were average. The king crab was delicious but i wouldn't bother with much else on the menu. Nice restaurant but was expecting a wow factor which was missing

Great service great food and great atmosphere must try. Will go back again. Platter was great and the king crab was absolutely fantastic. Chefs special cocktail was fantastic

Warm & friendly staff with excellent service. We ate from the lunchtime set menu which gave each of us a good selection. Added a couple of oysters each as a starter And ended a leisurely lunch. Would definitely recommend you try it.

I was really very disappointed with the restaurant. Myself and my friend found it overpriced for very small portions of food. We won't be going back and I will not be recommending to my friends. No atmosphere either.

Service was great,food looks great but my dish lacked flavour & seasoning.I had the seafood cocktail which presentation was great but bland taste & not sure where guagomole came from & then the fish pie £20 was taste less & medium size ,£3 for table water,so quite expensive.

My bf and I spent an happy time having a nice and quite lunch today. A very festive place for the Christmas season. Tasty food and good portions. Great service. We'll came back soon!

Not worth the money and the service is lack lustre. Food was over seasoned and spoilt the crab flavour and the dishwasher that they call cocktails are overpriced. Big easy or Burger and lobster has better quality service where they are attentive, reasonably priced and you leave full. 2 courses and a drink for 2 £129. Should have shopped in Waitrose and cooked it myself.

Overpriced for very small portions and the cheapest bottle of wine was £38. Very disappointing. Would never go again and would not recommend to any of my friends.

Best restaurant ever made me and my mum feel so special it was her birthday couldn’t of picked a better place lovely lobster and staff members

Very nice evening, food was good and service excellent. Portions were not very big but very tasty. My girl loved it as well, will probably come back. Do try the Rosemary Gin.

It's just a random restaurant , the branch menu was really just ok. Crab omelet is so so and latte is too light for me.

Absolutely delicious. Girls night out. All happily full from start to finish. Lots of must eats - tempura crab, popcorn calamari, oysters, burrata, baked crab, chilli crab, crab pasta, chocolate fondant and lemon pie. Great wine choices too. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Really good food and service. Reasonable price. Good location. The crab omelette was nice but could have been a little larger. Chocolate fondant was divine!

Abbiamo cenato al Francy Crab, il ristorante si arriva in my fair a due passi da Selfrige l’ambiente è raffinato, siamo partiti degustando ostriche eccezionali poi abbiamo apprezzato le King Crab legs gratinate. Il personale é stato gentile e disponibile, con un cenno particolare al cameriere che parla Italiano.. Bravo!!

Wouldn’t return, very average seafood. Bar ran out if champagne due to lack of stock delivery and had a bad attitude to boot. Plenty other seafood restaurants to try before resorting to this.

Really poor service, we had the lunch offer & food portion was so small. Very disappointed ☹️ Will not be visiting again no wonder there was only 2 other people eating in the whole restaurant at 4.30pm

Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere and delicious food and cocktails. Only complaint would be they didn’t have a allergy menu, had to rely on the manager, not great or comforting when you have severe allergy.

Had the house platter for starters which was lovely, and the lobster and crab leg gratin (which I much preferred). So food was excellent and the interior was decorated great! However two waitresses that didn't serve us I noticed kept on giving me these quite dirty and judgy looks, not sure why but made me and my boyfriend feel a bit out of place especially because we're young and Asian and therefore the minority in the restaurant lol. When we left I was given a weird look after taking a video of the place to keep as a memory. So the staff felt pretentious and snobby but apart from that had fun with my partner

Nice food, service was ok, a bit slow with the drink (the waitress forgot to put my drink through) too fast with the food, thinking if coming back for giving a second chance.

Always great food, staff attentive but not overbearing, great ambience, you have kind of got to like crab but if you do, it’s a winner!

It’s just too expensive. I know crab isn’t cheap but £23 for a burger with not much crab meat in it. Bring the prices down. Tasted good though.

Our hungarian waitress was so lovely and explained the set up of the restaurant and all about the crabs which made the whole experience special . She never hesitated to fill up our glasses and the food was delicious . We loved it

Casual dining, but in a fancy place! The atmosphere was great, the staff were very welcoming and always at hand. The food tasted delicious and presentation of it was great. Just make sure that if you want tap water, to ask for it otherwise you are charged £3 for 'Fancy Still Water'.

It’s good food but not satisfying and price is bit too much, not sure if we will still dine in with fancy crab but you need to try it thanks

Very nice setting. However, sitting was not perfect. The food was ok. I had lobster with salad. Lovely presentation of the food. The staff were very friendly and we didn't feel rushed to eat our food. The Proccecco had me a bit. But thoroughly enjoyed the company of my friends in a stylish, welcoming restaurant.

Good atmosphere, excellent staff and service. From a price point I thought it was not to dure. I believe the food itself lacked flavour, a few sprinklings of a good sea salt might go a long way.

Amazing,the stuff is very friendly and helpful and th food,no words,we had an amazing evening.Can t wait to go back and spoil us with their cuisine

Excellent service, brilliant food and a incredible time spent at brunch. Definitely will be back and a new suggestion for anyone to go to for brunch, lunch or dinner.
