Excellent service, catered to my intolerances and reassured me I would be looked after. The waiter took note of all my needs and told me everyone who was dealing with my order knew what I couldn’t have. Food was beautiful and staff were great! Definitely recommend! *****

Absolutely terrible. I was looking forward to this resturant for a while. Presentation looks good but food is awful (did not think that was possible) Crab burger looked good, but was dripping wet with seafood sauce, as soon as you picked it up, wet ran out and the bun was soaking wet soggy. My crab claw gratin was tasteless and slightly fishy (concerning). House platter had sandy snails. Chips were cold. Staff never ever asked us how our meal was. I was there for my birthday and was terrible!

The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant was great. The staff were friendly, and our waiter was very attentive and had a good sense of humour!

Lovely food , good price , cold wine .great location and easy to find . Lovely decor and toilets . Wait staff where attentive but didn’t rush us . Will be back .

Very expensive restaurant. The lunch menu seems good value for money, but the choice is not good. Main dishes with crab are around £25 each.

Everything was fantastic! Only thing is that I wanted to really enjoy the crab and lobster. But ordered from the lunch menu, which I felt didn’t have much options. But I’ll go back again and try the main menu. Other than that, service, decor, light and staff were great!

Nice and friendly staff, very welcoming, the food was on point can be classed as a bit pricey but worth the money. A good range of food choices. Nice and tasty food with good portions.

Beautiful food our waiter was lovely so helpful and advised me and my mum what the most popular things on the menu was and it was my mums birthday so for pudding they done dessert with candles and wrote happy birthday on the plate truly a lovely dinner

The seafood was so fresh and wine was so good, the bar staff were very attentive, I and my friend would definitely visit again soon

Very good service, the atmosphere was great, quality drinks, and most importantlt very fresh shellfish platter. Pity the portion was smaller than expected. Other than that all good.

Reseavation was fast and easy. Service was good. Food was nice but on the smaller portion than expected. Pricey wine, so ordered pale ale, which was tasty. Overall satisfied.

We found the service and menus to be very good on our visit.I enjoyed the crab dish I had but my husband was dissapointed with his lobster which he was looking forward to as he found it slightly over cooked.

Hard to see who this is for. Quite expensive and uninventive food plus garish decor and oddly loud music. Nothing terrible but much better restaurants in (or well below) that price point in that area!

We arrived late for our booking but called before hand to let the restaurant know and they were so understanding. We went during quiet period. Everything from appetiser, starter, main to dessert was very tasty! Compliments to the chef and the staff for being attentive and accommodating! Will be back again!

The food is good and I like the ambience and seats are comfortable The staff are polite and friendly enough but a bit slow Maybe not enough staff as we have to wait for a long while before we get service or the attention of the staff

Food was a bit sour and heavy. Service was good tho. We had a burger lobster and crab leg which were both sour in taste

Great Lunch, excellent meal, excellent service the staff were wonderful. Guacamole with Crab to start was beautiful, mussels and chips for main course - finger Licking and finished with the beautiful Lavender Creme Brulee will definitely be going back and will always highly recommend*****

Service was slow. Crab was disappointing. Truffle fries and salmon tartare are excellent. Not bad restaurant for the location but perhaps a little overpriced on some of the food.

Excellent food and the atmosphere was lovely. We went on Sunday for my birthday and the enjoy the bottomless Prosecco - which was a great treat. The staff were brilliant and even gave us a free dessert to celebrate. Highly recommend.

Very relaxed and pleasant restaurant you won't be disappointed. I would 100% go back and reccomened to family and friends. Also crab burger is a must.

Very good service, good food although the portion is big but it’s need more crab in Singapore Chilli Crab. Overall we’ll be back again to try different dishes.

Tasty food and friendly staff. For the price you pay you do expect it to be perfect (some food was a bit under done or a bit overdone) and felt a bit rushed as staff were getting ready to close for NYE

Despite eye contact with 3 members of staff upon entering, no one came over. Not so much as a smile from female staff who looked like they couldn't wait to go home. The male waiter however was friendly and helpful. Food was good but service and atmosphere is everything. A bit of a let down having spent £175 for two of us.

Had a great pre theatre dinner at the fancy crab. Premium seafood platter is lovely as a starter for two or main for one. King crab was also delicious! Lovely atmosphere and Service excellent and we will be returning to try the rest of the menu!

Excellent food and great service. It’s also reasonably priced. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere and it’s beautifully decorated. We highly recommend. We’ll definitely visit again.

The food is very expensive for the portion size. I ordered half a lobster but it was basically just a shell with hardly any meat in it. I didn’t feel satisfied. I also wouldn’t say that the food tasted particularly special considering the price. The restaurant was very quiet and even tho they were not busy our waitress did not remember a few things we had asked for, like condiments for our food, but they still added the service charge on to the bill.

Loved it....very festive, good food & lovely Prosecco. Will go back another time. Only downside we were seated by door so big fraught everytime someone came in

Absolutely amazing King Crab, tiger prawns and calamari starter was so perfect ,what a fabulous Restaurant, staff was 5 * we will be back for sure.

Food was very good and service was professional. If anything the welcome at the restaurant was relatively cold. Not unfriendly but did not make us feel any special either. The crab was indeed very tasty.

Nice atmosphere and you can watch your food being prepared. Portions of the dishes on the fixed lunch menu are not huge but are very tasty. The crab of the a la carte is delicious
